(I needed my daily dose of Stitch so I decided to share it with y'all ^^)
**Lunara's POV**
Lincoln and Rosa had came in a few hours ago, while I was still finishing my report. I had seen him leave twice, giving her privacy as well as taking his own. Around the second time he left her room I had finalized my report and signed at the bottom. I placed it in the envelope and dropped it in our mail holder near the door. By then the clock read 11:30 p.m. so I began preparing for bed. As per every night I checked on my sisters before heading to bed myself. To my surprise Sylvia and Zealia were both cuddled together in a pillow fort they had built. Zealia's stereo was playing soft music that she often listened to before going to bed. I loved little moments like this. I quietly and quickly creeped out of the room and grabbed my camera. I walked back in and took a picture of them.
I then back out of the room shutting the door softly. I walked to Rosa's room and cracked open the door to see colouring books still on the floor. I then looked to see Lincoln and Rosa snuggled up together. The sight made my heart ache. He really did love the girls. He is the big brother they never had. The male role model children need in thier lives. Everytime he did something with the girls it made me so happy that we got him back in our lives. I snapped a photo of them to then left.
As I walked back to my room, I looked through the photos. This camera has seen many things. From the twins posing when they were little to some of Rosa's first memories. As I slipped into bed that night I didn't fear anything. My only thoughts were of how great of a family I had.
**Two weeks later**
(I ran out of ideas so I skipped to the next story point I had, sorry.)
As I awoke this morning I immediately dressed in my suit. According to the routine tomorrow was pick up day. Therefore if Kayden holds true to his words, which he always does, he was coming today to spar with the girls. Before I even stepped out of my room I heard Lincoln's voice.
"Listen buddy, I don't know who you are so you ain't coming in this house."
Shit! One job, I had one job. Tell Lincoln who Kayden was. Did I do that, no. I threw open my door and dashed towards the front door. Thankfully I got there before anyone even thought of throwing hands.
"Oh good Lunara your here. This guy says he knows you and you knew he was coming over. Is that true?" Lincoln asked.
"Yeah, it's true. Umm Lincoln this is Kayden, Kayden this is Lincoln. Kayden is here to see the girls and spar with them." I replied, looking down at my feet. They somehow had become the most interesting thing in the room.
"Lunara I can't believe you. You had one job, just the one. Tell your boyfriend I was comin' so he wouldn't try and attack me or somethin'." Kayden chuckled while extending his hand. "Anyhow it's nice to meet you Lincoln. I'm the Smith girls file worker from the council."
"Nice to meet you as well, but I umm, I'm not Lunara's boyfriend." Lincoln replied shaking his hand.
"Sure you're not, but whatever you say pall." Kayden chuckled.
Before anyone could speak again, fast footsteps could be heard coming down the hall. In a pink blur Zealia was standing behind of us, in her suit with a bright smile on her face.
"Kayden!!" She screamed running at a normal speed before jumping at him. He quickly let go of Lincoln's hand and caught Z in a hug.
"Zia, how've you been? It's been a while."
"I'm good. How have you been? Also you left to fast for us to see you at the start of the month so it's your fault."
Before he could reply Sylvia came barreling towards them. Just as her sister, she jumped towards the man. Kayden quickly shifted Zealia to one arm so he could catch Sylvia in the other. "Kayden! We missed you." She spoke excitedly.
