Entry 5 - Observing The Evidence

A/N: in this chapter Illumi finally understands that Hisoka Loves him~

* * A Week Later, March 25th * *

Illumi was viewing the case frowning seeing as this Lucy was literally no one important she was a low life that tried to steal items that was not even supposed to be there in the first place. He sighs writing up a report stating the woman, Lucy, did not have no recollection of the events of last night except an eyewitness reporting they saw Lucy with a gun heading to the back.

Illumi wasn't concerned with her he was more concerned with how did all those items get there every single one of those items was stolen except three of them actually in the museum when they went to return the items.

It came as a shock to the museum's host that this have been missing. "What do you mean?" Illumi asked following the host up to the second floor and showing the same exact item on the wall.

"Monsieur, s'il te plaît let me check the authenticity of ours and the one you hold." He nods hand it over in time to check his phone as it pinged with a notification.

He did a small unnoticeable smile seeing it was from Hisoka.

> bonjour chaton, are you coming later? me and chrollo added two new dishes to the menu, Killua likes Chrollo's though so i need to prove my case~ (>_>)

Illumi looked at the weird emoji.... was that what Killua called it; at the end and responds back.

< No, I’m busy...

The response was almost immediate

> s'il te plaît, I'll give you free Café Crème for three days🙏

Illumi was immediately on board since free cappuccino meant his caffeine intact can be filled when he didn't have the money. He replies.

< Alright... but i choose those three days.

Illumi ignored the kissing emoji at the end having a light blush. He decided to text killua quickly realizing he never got a chance to ask him about certain French words.

Killua saw the text and snickers.

Illumi eyes widen slightly....Hisoka calls him Kitten in front of everyone no wonder they alway looked at him with amused expression. Dammit Hisoka.

> by the way remember those flowers that he got you well i did some digging and each flower represented something so the white Camellia means adoration, the pink and dark red Carnation means gratitude and sincere love, and lastly, purple and yellow Tulips means royalty and Cheerful thoughts.

Illumi eyes scans the message over and over.... gratitude, Sincere love, adoration, cheerful thoughts he was surprised to say the least that damn Blue haired fox was actually trying to get his attention? No impossible Illumi would have noticed it earlier..

< I don't understand what does those flower meanings have to do with me. Maybe he thought they would look nice paired up...he told me it was a thank you for the dance.
