Silence...... "bark bark bark." A little dog with deep crystal blue eyes walked in the door way and trudged up the stairs. Silence. Then. "OWCH!" The stairs creaked as Taylor ran down them and clutched his sister. (After all, she was his protector now.) They stood in silence. No emotion. Carley inspected her brother. She lifted his sleeves to find blood. And it read. "This will be you." Carley wiped the blood away to see the cuts that carved those words. Tears dripped from her eyes. "Did that man do this to yo---" A giant thud cut her off. And after that. Another and then a gun shot. The blue eyed dog limped down the stairs bloody and gross. The dog just stared at the 2 horrified children. Carley looked at the dog. Seeing that the blood wasn't coming from him. She realized that the horrid man......was dead. The children and the dog went to the police station. Telling the officer the whole story. Then, the.officer put the 2 children and the dog into a foster home. The 3 family members lived.together with their cousins Drew and Mya. They all lived in a beautiful mansion. And no one ever bothered them again. Considering they always had that dog by their side.
