Chapter 1

Erens POV

I woke up to some voices up stairs and looked at my clock, it was 2:27am. I heard the door open. So I did what any logical person would do, I pretended to sleep. As I heard the voices getting louder I could tell who they belonged to. It was Captain Levi, Commander Erwin and Hange. 'What are they doing down here so early?' I thought.

Levi: "We can't let Eren know about him"

Erwin: "Levi's right. He'll want to know where we found him and other things we can't answer"

Hange: "OOHH I CAN'T WAIT TO EXPERIMENT ON YOU!!!! I wonder if you'll react differently then Eren?!"

Levi: "Keep it down shitty glasses, Eren is still asleep down here"

Erwin: "Yes, we don't want Eren waking up and questioning us and...um what's your name again?"

???: "It's Riku."

Levi: "All right Riku get some rest we'll ask you questions tomorrow."

Riku: "Ok"

And with that I heard them leave. 'Why did they not want me to find out about this and who is this Riku guy?' That was the only thought in my head as I fell back asleep.

It's been a few hours since Levi, Erwin and Hange came down with that Riku guy. I was supposed to get up 30 minutes ago but whatever, it's not like anyone's gonna notice. Ever since I came out as gay everyone's been keeping their distance from me and making fun of me, especially Jean, Sasha and Connie they are the most homophobic people in the scouts. I finally decided to get up and start to change and that. As I'm about to leave I realize that I'm locked in. I sometimes wonder why I'm still locked up in this cell, they just say that it's "cuz I'm a titan" and "I'm extremely dangerous". Like have I not proved myself able to control my power, like I save and help you so much and what do I get? Locked up in a cell in the basement.

So since I can't leave my cell I just sit on my bed and think. After a few minutes I hear a voice, it kinda sounded like that new guy Riku's voice. At first I ignored him but that didn't last long when he started calling me a bitch and an asshole so I replied.

Me: "What the fuck do you want?!"

Riku: "Wow, don't gotta be so harsh"

Me: "Just tell me what you want"

Riku: "Oh I just wanted to say hi to their old test subject that's all"

 Eren: "What do you mean old?"

Riku: "You see I'm a titan shifter too and they're gonna start testing on me instead of you and soon enough they're gonna completely forget about you"

I could hear the smile in his voice, and I didn't want to believe him but with everyone ignoring me or bulling me, the only reason they haven't killed me yet is because I'm a titan. And now they have another titan to do tests on, they don't need me. I started thinking about what I should do when an idea popped in my head, I could run away. I mean we already heard rumors about Zeke running away, so why can't I? After a few minutes i had decided. I was going to run away.

There was only one problem tho............................ I was locked in a fucking cell!! How the fuck was I gonna get out without waking someone up!?! I wonder if Riku would help me?

Me: "Hey your names Riku right?"

Riku: "Yea. Why?"

Me: "You want me gone right?"

Riku: "I guess yea, but again why?"

Me: "Would you be willing to help me run away?"

There was a pause and for a second I thought he was gonna tell Levi, Erwin and Hange but then he replied saying

Riku: "Sure I'll help you, I'll also keep it a secret if you promise me one thing."

Me: "Ok what is it?"

Riku: "Promise me that you'll never come back here ever again."

Me: "Ok. I promise to never come back here no matter what."

Riku: "See I kne- wait what!?!"

I guess he didn't expect me to promise that so easily but whatever as long as he helps me get out of here.

Me: "So are you gonna help me or.......?"

Riku: "Yea I'll help you but I suggest you go tomorrow night cuz it'll be sus if you're not here when they come down to get me tomorrow"

Me: "Ok"

I looked at the time and realized that we had been talking for the entire day, so I got changed and went to sleep hoping tomorrow night would come quickly and that Riku wasn't lieing.
