★Caution!! Do Not read without reading this first!★

First this is based on Roman Mythology. So some of the characters are in Greek Mythology but have different names. The characters are posted below with who they are, their responsibilities, and their names:

Aurora (IDK her Greek name)- Goddess of the Dawn (sunrise), she helps the sun rise and protects it each morning

Apollo (Greek name is also Apollo)- God of the Sun (daylight/the day), god of music/musical instruments, rides a golden chariot across the sky each morning to greet the day, Diana's twin brother

Terra (she isn't really Mother Earth but her name does mean earth in Latin)- protects the Earth (the mortal realm) and makes sure that everything runs as planned (ex. the seasons, night/day)

Nox (Greek name is Nyx)- Goddess of the Evening (dusk/sunset), helps the sun set and helps the moon take the sun's place each night

Diana (Greek name is Artemis)- Goddess of the Moon (dark/night), protector of women, children, and small animals, welcomes the night, Apollo's twin sister

The second thing is that not the events, plot, and events in this story are entirely made up. They do not come from mythology or legend.

Third, there are a few Latin meanings/phrases in the story. There meanings are posted below:
Aurora venit. Ipsa frangit desuper. Venite et spectate eam excipere diem.: The Dawn is coming. She is breaking overhead. Come and watch her welcome the day.

Villa: is a summer home of the Romans, a house away from the city

The fourth, and final, thing is to comment if you want me to make the story longer or write more short stories about the characters.

With that being said, enjoy...
