Taehyung opened his eyes. the blinding lights making him close his eyes again. he blinks his eyes few times to adjust & his eyes flickers to everywhere.... searching for someone.

"Jimin..."

"Taehyungshi! you are awake!! let me call the doctors!" the other person hurriedly went out as Taehyung looked at the door from where he passed.

"Jimin isn't here..."

"Jimin! what took you so long?" Jimin looked at his COO Kim Seokjin who was wearing an expensive suit looking at him with furrowed eye brows.

"I was hesitant to leave Taehyung alone. he hasn't wake up yet." what if he wakes up & don't see me by his side.

"who's with him then?"

"I called Suga to accompany him. he was eager to help."

"hmm ok... since that already sorted out we shall go & meet our guest right? you know without your presence we cannot sign the agreements & pays."

"what did you offer?"

"Jimin... you are the CEO."

"yeah haha... I was so out of it I came here absolutely unprepared... I do not even know the idol."

"oh you'll know him now. I've told him to wait in our meeting room. he came here alone."

"no manager?"

"no. he said he's independent. didn't understand what he meant by that but he looks genuinely interested in this work."

"hmm... ok let's go & meet him"

Jungkook taped his fingers on the table & his legs kept shaking. he was excited but nervous. different imaginations of two lovers meeting again kept him entertained while he was waiting for the person. after Jimin left to China they never met again. Jungkook tried to meet him but Jimin blocked him everywhere & he didn't know about his whereabouts. he only got to know about him when Jimin was already untouchable. Jimin already reached the highest peak in his career where Jungkook was only a rookie making him impossible to approach. Jungkook never lost hope though & he's proud of that. look! finally God listened to his prayers! but the fear of getting rejected is nervewrecking. does Jimin love him anymore? he sure kept himself updated about Jimin & heard all the rumours of his & his model's unspoken relationship. but he still ignored them.

don't we all do that? always ignore the things that can hurt us not wanting to know the real truth.

if Jimin actually loved him he would try to reach him, would never block him from his social media or real life. it was very easy for Jimin to reach him. he was only a call away. but Jimin never called for him. it was obvious by his actions but Jungkook pretentiously was oblivious.

but now Jimin actually reached to him & Jungkook was ecstatic. finally he saw water in a desert.

as his mind was occupied with different thoughts he heard footsteps nearing the room. his heart started beating fast in anticipation.

the door opened & the first person he saw was the person he was longing to see all these years. the person seemed to be double shocked as his eyes got bigger.

"J-jungkook?"

why is he giving me this reaction? he's the one who called me!

"meet Park Jimin, the CEO. Jimin! he's the idol I've offered! Jeon Jungkook! currently the most popular kpop idol in the whole world. is that why you look so shocked? you totally weren't expecting him right?" come on come on praise the lord Kim Seokjin for his amazing work! Seokjin grinned as he looked at his boss.

"I really wasn't expecting him" Jimin whispered as he looked at Jungkook with unreadable expression.

on the other hand Jungkook realised it wasn't Jimin who reached to him & felt disappointed. He was happy to see Jimin after so long but the look on Jimin's face looked devoid of emotion. his lack of enthusiasm was breaking his self confidence. he still put a smile on his face & walked in front of Jimin.

"long time no see Jimim"

Jungkook stretched his hand for a handshake though his heart wanted nothing but to pull this man in his arm & never let go again.

Jimin ears perked up as he heard the familiar nickname he accidentally gave him once & Jungkook loved to call him that nickname only to tease him

"ahh its Jimin not Jimim actually but umm do you two know each other?" Jin questioned as he was kinda curious looking at Jimin. for some reason Jimin was acting weird. like there's something going on silently & he was in the dark. Jimin eyed Jungkook's hand before he took it & immediately felt a spark.

and heck even Jungkook felt it.

as if electrified by that spark Jimin retreated his hand almost instantly & Jungkook let his empty hand fall down as his smile fall down too.

why is he acting so distant?

"he's my classmate from high school hyung... it was nice meeting you again Jungkookshi."

and Jungkook felt a pang in his heart.

ofcourse Jungkook knows it's stupid to think Jimin would wanna add more information in front of others right the moment they would meet but... he feels like a stranger.

"oh! that's even better! I hope Jungkook would consider being a permanent mem-"

"HYUNG" how could you say this? Taehyung is still breathing!

"uhh I'm sorry I didn't mean it that way..." Jin's voice died down. Jungkook looked at Jimin who only glared at Jin.

the way Jimin raised his voice both Jin & Jungkook flinched.

"I'm sorry Jungkookshi but can you wait a little bit more? my head is hurting & I need to compose myself a bit"

"y-yeah" shit I need to get used to of Jimin talking so professional with me.

Jungkook knows that Jimin was unprepared for this unexpected reunion. after all anyone would be shocked to see their past lover after so long in such a dramatic situation. so he decided to give him a bit time to compose himself. maybe he can confront him once he catches him alone.

on the other hand Jin realised he was a little bit too excited & shouldn't have said that but the truth is he really didn't like Taehyung much. you see even though Taehyung has contributed much to the company he wasn't a likeable person. his attitude being the main reason. its not like he wishes bad for Taehyung he just really thinks its time for Taehyung's resignation. not to forget his unreciprocal feelings for their CEO is the epitome of their bad reputation. surely Taehyung is the biggest model in SK but Jin is sure Jungkook is a perfect competitor too. besides he only cares for profits. he doesn't care about modeling either & knows very well Jungkook is a musician. but as long as he shows his face for their products their sell will skyrocket because of Jungkook's big fanbase who literally sells out even the washing powder JK use. so he saw an opportunity to finally make a move against his boss. no he's absolutely loyal but he's a businessman after all & profit is all he thinks of day & night (reason why his wife left him) (Jin: hey! why are you bringing my personal life in my professional life!)

I just want to restore our reputation and amplify our profits ToT

anyways whether Jungkook will be a permanent model or nah that depends on the person who's now waiting for Jimin in the hospital.

and Jimin...

is once again involved in a love drama that he escaped 10years ago.

gosh why these men are always after me ToT the thing I want to run away from always chase after me. I'm tired of pushing away Taehyung but now this new ambassador is way worse & stubborn.
