Angelina's POV:

I yawned, again with a hangover. But now you've had to guess I'm used to them by now.

"Get up Lina."

"What do you want natalieee." I groaned shoving the covers over my face as she pulled back my curtains revealing sun.

"Don't you remember? The football game is today!" She was referring to our school football game.

"Shit." I muttered throwing on a random white t shirt and some black spandex, then leaned over and pulled my hair into a messy side ponytail. Then applied my makeup.

"Done!" I smiled proudly. And it only took me 15 minutes. "All ready." I said coming into our kitchen.

Natalie was already dressed and ready.

"K cmon."

We took her car and she drove.

"So, what happened on the boat yesterday with you and Josh?" I raised my eyebrow and nudged her arm with my elbow.

"Okay first of all, you were there you should know this." she said while laughing. "You really need to stop drinking."

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah yeah, so? Details?"

She sighed and shrugged. "I don't even know anymore. When we're alone he's sweet, and treats me like a princess. But when there's other girls he treats me just like another one of his fuck-buddies."

"Aww." I frowned. "At least you actually have a guy though." I sighed thinking of Brendan. How did I ever date him?

"You have Brendan." she joked.

"Shut up."

-

"Who's winning again?" I asked not looking up from my phone.

"Them." she sighed.

"Hey natalie." a random group of seniors came up smiling and eyeing her up and down.

I rolled my eyes and laughed going back to my phone.

"Hi guys." she smirked.

"You wanna sit with us?"

"Sorry guys. I'm with my friend."

"It's okay." I shrugged.

"No Lina. I'm your ride." she laughed. "I'm not gonna leave you-"

"I'll find another ride." I smiled. "Now go!"

"If you insist." she smiled getting up with the group of boys.

Natalie was so natural with boys. I was better when I was drunk.

"Hey." I turned to my side. Brendan.

"Brendan. Aren't you supposed to be playing?"

"Halftime." He smiled.

"Oh. didn't notice." I said placing my phone in my pocket.

"You want me to buy you a drink?" He offered, I shrugged.

"Why not?" I would usually reject it, considering that was a way for him to ask for something in return, but I needed a ride.

He hopped down and later came back with a dr. Pepper.

"Thanks." I smiled. "how'd you remember my favorite soda flavor?" I asked, tilting my head towards his.

He sighed and looked forwards towards the football field. "Something's never change."
