Chapter 1

Tammy's P.O.V

My alarm goes off and and I ignore it, eventually I find the strength to turn my alarm if and get out of bed . I walk in the bathroom and take a shower I wash my long curly hair and then wash my body. I grab a towel and head to the sink to but my hair up in a bun. My phone rings and I look at the caller ID. "Ugh .. What the hell does C.J want?"

" Hello? "
" Hey Tammy, come unlock the door."

C.J hangs up the door before I can say anything else. I go to my closet and grab my robe. By the way, C.J is my best friend. We have been friends since Kindergarden. She is practically my sister.

"Tammy okay so remember a few days ago I told you that i would have a surprise for you since your birthday was last week ?"
Yeah ... I answer hesitantly
"We'll I got us planned tickets for Cali and the plane takes off in two days!!"
"OMFG ! C.j , how the hell did you- .. You know what it doesn't matter . WERE GOING TO CALI !! "

I lay the tickets down and give C.j a hug.

" Now hurry up and get dressed we need to hit up the mall ."
" Alright ! "

I run upstairs to my room and C.j follows behind . I go into my huge walk in closet and grab a pair of skinny jeans , a BAD Michael Jackson tee - shirt , and a pair of red an black sneakers . I go into the bathroom with my clothes . I take care of my hygiene, put my clothes on and walk to the mirror . I take my comb and detangle my hair , afterwards I moisturize my thick curly hair and put it up into a high messy bun. I put on eyeliner , mascara and a thin coat of red lipstick .

" Tammy hurry up ! " C.j yells from outside my bathroom
" I'm coming "

I walk out of the bathroom and and tap C.j's shoulder as she talks with her boyfriend. She gets off of the couch in my bedroom . I grab my Coach purse and my phone . C.j leads us out of the house and gets in the drivers seat. She hangs up her phone

" So , what were y'all talking about ?" I say with a grin
" Tammy Mckayla Jones you have such a dirty mind , " she laughs out , you really need a boyfriend.
" I know , but after what happened , I don't think I ever could trust a guy again." I say with a frown.
" Tam, you can't let the past haunt you forever ."
" I know , C.j ."
" That's why I'm taking you out to Cali you need a break from Arizona. " say says with a smile.

Who is it comes on the radio off of Michael Jackson's album entitled " Dangerous " I blast the radio and C.j and I sing along while headed to the mall .
