He lived in Korea for about a year. He moved from Korea to California. He grew up in California. His mother is Korean, his father is American-Korean. Lucas knows Korean since his household Korean was only spoken but he did grow up learning English.

She has siblings in New York, parents are back living in New York. Goes to the same university as Lucas which is UCLA (University California Los Angles). Is learning Korean by Lucas's help. There will be more characters but they don't matter they are just there as a "cameo" more like they are just there to make the story a little more interesting and creat conflict but they aren't there for a long time :)
