Chapter 3

“Okay my naughty munchkins, here’s the deal; I do not, I repeat do not want any trouble from any of you starting tomorrow for this first week of school. Or else. Dinner is at 6:30. If you aren’t going to be there, you have to tell me by 6. If not, I will drag you from wherever you are and take away your keys orfor either a few days or a month at most.” She grinned mischievously,

We all groaned. Okay, so we love our rides, it’s like our life. For me, without them, I would be nothing and die from withdrawal symptoms. Mum obviously knows that, and that’s where she gets her advantage.

I have 2 motorbikes; Hellbells which is a 2009 YAMAHA 1000CC FZ1-SY and Black Thorn, a 2008 YAMAHA 600CC YZF-R6 SPORTS. I also have a street/race cars that I adore. It’s a 2006 Nissan 350Z Tokyo Drift and I call it Shadows

“So why don’t you 5 start cleaning up this kitchen so we can start making lunch”

“Yes mom.” We replied.

Cleaning took longer then I'd spent it to be and mom made pizzas when the kitchen was spotless. Anything homemade, by mom I may add, is always the best. I got full after 4 slices while the boys. Well let’s just say that they ate as if there’s no tomorrow.

After we finished eating, we rinsed our dishes and ended up playing Monopoly. Don’t ask me how but we just did. This always happen, at first we’re yelling and bickering at each other and the next thing you know, we’re playing Uno.

“Why am I the only one going poor? I bet you rigged the game, the dice, everything! Just like the last time!” I stared accusingly at my brothers, which in turn were smirking and started flaunting me with their money.

“Aha!” I yelled as I snatched the money they were fanning in front of my face. I quickly got up and scrambled backwards. “Muahahaha”

They were all yell something at me but I was too busy counting my money to pay attention to what they were saying. When they suddenly stopped talking, I looked up at them. They were looking at each other and giving me this funny look.

I was confused, staring at them with suspicion and then it hit me, “Uh-oh” I mumbled to myself when I realised they were planning something. I quickly turned to run, after about 5 steps, they all pounced and I was tackled to the ground.

“Oommfff!! Get off me!” I complained, laughing.

”Mercy!! How dare you steal our money?!” Tom exclaimed. Tickling me while the twins and Max are holding down my arms and legs making no room for me to try an escape.

“You guys were cheating," I managed to say between gasps, " This is payback."

Tom started tickling me harder, and I laughed so hard I started to get stitches.

“OKAY, OKAY!! I GIVE IN” I yelled as tapped out on the floor.

They finally let me up. Sigh. “That is so unfair, you guys ganged up on me, I mean come on, average people don’t gangs up on me!” I said exaggerating , pointing to myself.

“Oh, well we ain’t your average people, now are we boys?” Tom replied.

“Nope” The twins replied, making sure that you notice how they popped the ‘p’.

“Max, why aren’t you on my side?! You traitor!” I said dramatically, putting a hand over my heart.

“Sorry Mercy, but you did still my money. You do know how I just lurve my money. How dare you, taking my money like that!” Max exclaimed.

“No, how could my sweet baby brother turn on me, I’m so heartbroken!” Turn to Tom, “This is entirely your fault!” I said accusingly, just when I was about to jump him. The song Clarity by Zedd started playing

My cell phone rang. Dang. Glaring at boys, especially Tom, “You got lucky”

Quickly checking my phone, I noticed that it was Dakota calling.

Dakota is the bestest friend I ever had, she’s 5 ft 5 and she is a brunette, with her hair that lands on her butt. She has light brown eyes and one of the best fighters I’ve ever known. She’s known as 'Coyote'

“Hey gurlll, you don't understand how much I've missed you and my god, my brothers already caused a lot of drama already” I said, practically screaming into the phone.

“SHUT THE FUCKEN UP FOR JUST A MINUTE WILL YOU?! I MEAN, YOU JUST PICKED UP AND STARTED SCREAMING AT ME!” Dakota yelled, chuckling when she finished

“Okay, chill. No need to yell your head off at me. Shessh. Did you call just to yell at me?”

“Looks who’s talking hot-shot. You started the screaming in the first place. So how’s the new house?” Dakota asked.

“it’s... nice? I don’t know, and I don’t think I really care. Buddha. Why did you make our family move here?” Yes, I am a Buddist but I really do always say God.

“Well I'm not your god damn Buddha so shut it. Anyways, we and the gang has a surprise waiting for ya. Just walk out the door.”

I stared at the in suspicion. My brothers were probably up in their rooms play with the x-box. Boys, they can’t live without play on their games.

Once I got near the door, deep breath in and release. I opened the door...

And I screamed.
