Why?

Ok before you ask why I thought of this Au is because, mikey and shu's cold personalities reminded me of each other in some weird way

So let me explain what happening in this au:

After draken passed away the anime continues as is but with you in it-

(I'll make a story about the back story some day)-

And in the future mikey couldn't take the pain of losing draken anymore eventhough it wasn't his fault and he had you to remind him that every day, but it didn't help as much as it should of, it only worked a little bit but not enough to stop mikey from....

To stop mikey from...ending...his.....life on top of a building a week before your anniversary, tekamichi couldn't help him in time

Seeing what mikey did broke you, first it was draken who you considered an older brother, and then mikey the man you loved....

..A year or 2 had passed since mikey's death when one day you were coming back from a shop with an ice lolly in your mouth

When suddenly a drunk driver didn't stop at a red light and ended up hitting you and that's who you passed on

But instead of being in heaven with mikey and draken you were reborn into a world filled with vampires

And it turns out mikey and draken got reborn aswell but not as who you would expect...

Well theres my au, although I now that I think about it mikey's personality reminds me more of kou (???) than shu , I thought about it but decided not to because I thought it would be interesting like this some-what
