Introducing Main Characters

This isn't a chapter. This is me introducing the main characters - the 7 members of The Vagabonds.

August Robertson: The Vagabonds' Australian drummer/percussionist & backup vocalist. August was born in Gold Coast, Australia, with a rare medical birth defect called Polydactyly which gave him 6 fingers on each hand. He left Australia to live with his grandfather on account of his uncle not supporting his music dreams and always having to live in the shadow of his not-talented, spoiled older sister. Aside from playing drums, August also contributes to the group by being their music/website blogger.

AUGUST'S APPEARANCE - August is an above average height teenager with a slender body but strong build, green eyes, and light brown, short hair. He has the sides and back of his head mostly shaved and styles his hair in a Temple Fade and Choppy Side Fringe style. August's attire consists of a white T-shirt with a denim dark-gray jacket over it. He also wears a pair of black jeans and brown boots.{The picture below is the style of his hair.}

Ember Sims: The pianist/keyboardist, backup vocalist, and co-founder of The Vagabonds, as well as the youngest child in her family – Isabelle's younger twin sister. She is known for being sensible and a no-nonsense person. Like her 11 siblings (10 brothers and 1 sister), she's of mixed ancestry –Louisiana Creole (from mother) and African-American (from father). And like her sister, as well as her 2nd, 7th, and 9th elder brothers, Ember was born with vitiligo and poliosis. Ember is one of the Vagabonds' main songwriters.

EMBER'S APPEARANCE - Due to being Isabelle's twin sister, Ember looks identical to Isabelle with brown skin and patches of skin missing their pigmentation due to vitiligo, a slim yet athletic build, and black hair with a patch of white hair on her forehead from poliosis. But she has straight, shoulder-length hair which she either leaves untied or into a low ponytail at the back and hazel-brown eyes. Aside from their different hairstyles, the other two things that helps people tell them apart are their eye colors and choices in fashion styles. Isabelle's eyes are blue while Ember's are brown, and Ember prefers to wear outfits with dresses or skirts most of the time. Her normal attire is a black, sleeveless turtleneck dress with three golden-yellow belts covered in studs, that streak across her waist and skirt. She also wears black pumps and accessorizes with ruby-red earrings and 4 silver bangles on her right arm.

Hideki Toudou: The Vagabonds' bass guitarist & backup vocalist. Originally born in Tokyo, Japan, after losing his parents in a car accident, he and his older, yet fraternal, twin brother, Akihito, ended up in a foster home but were later separated when Akihito was adopted by a man who promised to make him a star. After ending up on the street and taking up a part-time job on a cruise line, Hideki was eventually found by Ms. Stuart, the manager and main leader of Haven House, and offered the chance to go to America, which was how he ended up in Sanctuary House. Hideki met the Sims Twins while hanging out at a popular teen hangout with his friends. It is often Hideki who knocks sense into Kazuya – sometimes almost too literally – when Kazuya's uncontrolled feelings blind him to his friends' hurt and pain, or his bandmates' exasperation. Hideki's love interest is Xiulan's adopted cousin, Wei Shancai, for Shancai sees Hideki as a man instead of a "pretty boy" while considering herself rather plain. She and Hideki complement each other where she sees him as fully a man, he sees her fully as a woman. During the Vagabonds' adventures in Japan, it's later revealed that his long-lost brother is Akihito Uchida, the lead vocalist of the rock band from Japan – Underworld.
