In a world where hearts play tricks and emotions waltz to their own tune, Ainaan Sulaymaan, a struggling writer and Layth Iftekhar, an investment banker, find themselves entangled in a web of love's misfortunes.
Their once happy marriage has seemingly gone down the drain and they are barely surviving on passive aggressive post-its, icy glares and perfectly timed eye rolls. From stolen kisses to hogging bed covers, their love life has fizzled and taken the route from the perfect Shakespearean love story to a tragic comedy of errors.
In midst of this unravelling marriage of theirs, Ainaan and Layth find themselves bound to unforeseen circumstances: an obligation to attend a destination wedding in Singapore. The plan was very structured. They would fake smiles, exchange affection and pretend to be irrevocably in love with each other before mutually parting ways at the end of it. But, fate obviously has different plans in store for them.
As they try surviving through the boisterous celebrations, noisy relatives, and whole lot of drama complimentary to any desi wedding festivities, old memories and unresolved conflicts resurface forcing them to face the reasons behind their impending divorce.
