At midnight..
Patrick was awakened with the grumbling of his stomach and uneasiness he felt with the clothes he is still wearing since he is still wearing his practice clothes. So he gently sat down on his bed and stretched his still tired body. Then he grabs his toiletries and towel and goes to take a shower to remove the discomfort he's feeling. Once done he went downstairs to the kitchen and looked for anything to eat. He didn't notice that someone sensed him being awake.
"Patrick, are you hungry?"
Because that person spoke suddenly Patrick got surprised and scared at the same time, that made him hold his chest and gasped for air.
"Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to scare you."
"Oh. no it's fine Yuan ge. you know that I easily get scared." Patrick explained.
"By the way gege, why are you still awake? or did I wake you up? Am I that noisy?" Patrick added.
"Oh no, I haven't slept yet and I actually got thirsty and I got no more water in my drinking bottle so I went down here to get some but didn't expect that I would see you awake."
"I was actually awakened by...." then Patrick scratched his nape. Bo Yuan looked at him questioningly.
"... with my stomach it grumbled and added to the discomfort I felt since I slept with my practice clothes on."
Bo Yuan nodded as an agreement to what Patrick said. Patrick went back to get some cereals in the cabinet and Bo Yuan saw that Patrick was planning to eat only cereals.
"Patrick, you will only eat cereal?"
"Yes Yuan ge. I no longer want to cook since it will be noisy if I cook."
When Bo Yuan heard what Patrick said he walked to the fridge and got some food containers and put it in the microwave to heat it up. Then Bo Yuan went to the dish cabinet to get plates and utensils for Patrick. Patrick was a bit confused about what Bo Yuan was doing so he just stayed where he was while looking at Bo Yuan who was busy getting plate and spoon and fork and getting the food containers out of the microwave.
"Sit!"
Patrick was startled when Bo Yuan suddenly talked. He then looked at the chair Bo Yuan was pointing at. He just then follows what Bo Yuan said. Patrick was really confused about what Bo Yuan was doing but he didn't ask. Instead he watched Bo Yuan as it moved around the kitchen.
"Hey Patrick."
*Patrick in dazed*
"Patrick."
"Oh! my bad. What is it Yuan ge?"
