Third person POV

its the evening of the next day
And Malina was patiently waiting in the directresses office waiting to see her new family

And then suddenly the directress walked in with a couple walking right after her

,,Malina, these are your new parents Claude and Agate smith''
Malina looked over at the couple taking in their features

The woman was tall, with a slick  bun, glasses and she was wearing a suit

The man was short, out of shape and .. balding

Though this never happened before
Malina got the most unpleasant feeling from these people

Like
A very sadistic and evil aura surrounded them

But she quickly shrugged it off and introduced herself

,,hello, its a pleasure to meet you ! My name is Malina as.. you probably heard before''

,,yes yes nice to meet you as well''  Agate dismissed
,,can we take her now?'' The man impatiently asked

,,um.. well yes. If Malina is all packed you can take her right away'' directress said

,,okay then did you pack? Malina?'' Agate asked but the way she said her name put shivers down Malinas spine

,,y-yes''

,,lets go then , quick''
The couple walked out but before Malina got a chance to do the same

The directress stopped her and said

,,Malina, please be safe and happy. I know i might have been very strict with you over the years but please understand that i did that because i wanted you to grow up as a fine young lady.. Malina you're like my own daughter to me, please be happy in your new home''

That hit Malinas chest like an arrow
She sniffled as she said ,,yes miss thank you as well''

And with that she left the orphanage once and for all

Malinas POV

We were in the car driving to their house
But why cant i shake the feeling of uneasiness

Its just been following me around ever since
Even since i met my new ,,parents''
Haah
Im sure im just overthinking it

Instead of worrying about that why don't i just the silence and make some conversation

,,so um ...what about your other kids ?''
,,are they at the house right now?''
I asked

,,kids? What kids?'' The woman answered in an annoyed tone

What?

,,o-oh well um i was told you have other kids as well''
I nervously told them

,,oo kids...right yes um...the kids are back at the house'' the man said looking at Malina through the rear view mirror

,,oh okay then''

'Something isn't right' I thought

Then i saw that we were approaching a house that closely matched the description of the house i was staying at I panicked a bit
Why do i feel this way?

'Calm down Malina you're overthinking the situation'

,,we've arrived Malina'' i heard Claude say

,,oh.already?''

,,yes now lets go''

I followed the both of them into the house and noticed
'Hm its weird there arents any other houses for at least a mile away'

Oh well

We all walked into the house and as soon as I stepped foot inside the house
I became nauseous and dizzy
Because of some sort of smell
It was a strong earthy smell woody?

I didn't want to say anything incase they got offended

,,your room is upstairs, we're going out for a bit you stay here and dont open the door for anybody understand?''
Agate told Me

,,yes I understand thank you''
,,oh um what about your other kids?''

,,uuh turns out they're not here right now''
,,now go upstairs''

,,o-okay''

Agate POV

Shit  shit  shit  shit

,,ok Malina were leaving now''
,,o-okay''

We got into the car and started to drive off

,,what are we gonna do now?'' I heard claude say

,,we're leaving for the coast now ugh i cant believe it that was close''
,,yes do you think now they wont get onto us?''Claude asked

,,Claude remember the plan. We mustn't let them catch us the only reason we adopted her was so that they wouldn't catch us. The last drug deal was made horribly and. now. they're. onto. us. that Alessandro guy and his team. Lets just hope when they arrive to the warehouse thats disguised sooo lovely as a house~ they'll see a little girl and not us. They either leave her alone to stave.(⚠️tw: r@pe⚠️😕) Just rape her and leave her for dead(⚠️end of tw⚠️)  or just instantly kill her who knows
Thats not our problem now. The only think i know is that they'll be too busy with her and by the time they realize that she has or had nothing to do with this whole situation, we'll be far gone. ''

,,you amaze me sometimes Agate. damn but i wanted to play with that little girl for a bit ''

,, ugh Claude we'll find you some other random kid to play with when we arrive at the Coast''

,,but i wanted her''
,,we'll. Find. You. Another. Kid''

And on that he shut his mouth

,,just drive Claude''

And so we drove off into a place where we wouldn't be found

A/n heey guys so i know the beginning is kind of long but its a back story if i would just jump into things you would be even more confused

Ok so to those who dont get it
Claude and Agate didn't have other children they just saw Claude with a lot of children bcs hes a disgusting prick so they just assumed (the board of directors)
Anyways they didn't adopt Malina bcs they wanted a child but because they're drug dealers and their last drug deal was false so it made Alessandro and his team rlly angry and now Alessandro is after them so the real reason they adopted Malina was bcs they thought Alessandro was as disgusting as them and they thought he would stop looking for them if they just gave them a child to play with
Ik ik and the house that Malina is now at is actually the warehouse thats why it smelled like drugs in there

Anyways read on to find out what happens when Alessandro finds Malina instead of Claude and Agate. Will he do the things that the couple claimed he would ? Or will he take her with him?
