As the Marauder entered hyperspace, Fives found his eyes glued to the window as he watched the swirling lanes of hyperspace. It had probably been several months since he had last been in space, and Fives was happy to find that he still found space as beautiful and unique as he remembered.

After several moments, Fives remembered his surroundings. He was on the Marauder now and probably looked ridiculous staring out at space. Cut it out, Fives. Besides, he wanted to talk more with and Echo and his new squad. Swiveling his chair back around, Fives was met with the sight of Echo watching him with a soft look on his face.

"What? Echo are you alright? Why are you looking at me like that?" Fives asked awkwardly, blushing slightly, chastising himself for zoning out.

Echo just smiled softly before responding,"I'm perfectly alright Fives, in fact, I'm even better now that you're here with us. I was just thinking about how much I missed you, and seeing you entranced with space brought back some fond old memories."

Fives let out a small, "Oh" before he swiftly crossed the distance between them, bringing Echo into another hug. Fives had lost track of how many hugs they had had in the last several hours, but he couldn't care less. In fact, Fives had a lot of lost hugs to make up for, so it was best to get started now anyway.

Just as Fives was pulling back from the hug, he heard Omega's angry voice call out, "What is going on here?"

Fives turned towards Omega, confused.  "A hug, what does it look like? Is there a problem, Omega?" Fives asked tentatively.

"Yeah, I was not in the hug," Omega answered seriously before a grin emerged on her face. At Omega's attitude, Echo chuckled exasperatedly and making Fives smile.

"Of course, kid. Get in here,'' Fives said as he ushered Omega towards Echo and himself with his arm. Without hesitation, Omega launched herself at Fives and Echo, and they enveloped her in a hug. Eventually, when they pulled apart, Fives smiled seeing the happiness on Omega's face.

Suddenly, the screeching of a droid broke the moment, and Omega scampered off towards the source of the noise. As she rushed off, Omega exclaimed, "I gotta go help Glonky!"

As Omega bounded off, Fives watched fondly, catching Echo's eye.

"She's a good kid," Echo commented.

Fives nodded and said, "She's very smart and sweet, I can tell why the whole squad is so protective of her."

"Yep, she's become part of the squad. It's been hard to keep her safe with bounty hunters after her and her natural curiosity getting her in trouble. Doesn't she reminds you of someone we knew when we were younger?" Echo mused.

Fives chucked before saying, "I can't say that she does."

Echo rolled his eyes before muttering something like, now there's two of them, under his breath.

As Fives snickered quietly, he watched as Hunter silently crept into the room. Turning towards him, Fives greeted, "Hunter."

Hunter nodded before jumping right in,"Fives. I can see that Omega likes you a lot already. While it's going to take longer for the rest of us to get used to you, you're off to a good start."
