Chapter 1: UA entrance exam

*beep beep beep*

The familiar, annoying sound of my alarm clock filled the room, jolting me awake. I turned my alarm off and flopped back down on my bed, ready to go back to sleep. As I was starting to relax, I heard my mother's soft voice travel close to my body.
"(y/n)! It's time to get up! It's your last day of middle school today!" With that my eyes shot open, and I jumped out of bed and ran into the huge bathroom attached to my room, locking the door. I jumped into the shower and washed my (h/c) hair before putting it up in a messy bun.
I dried my hair and straightened it, and quickly threw on my school uniform. I rushed downstairs and entered the dining hall, where mother had prepared breakfast. I was met by my sister, who was just finishing up. "Good morning (y/n), I would hurry up if I were you or you'll be late to school!" "Yeah yeah, thanks for the advice sis." I shoved my breakfast in my mouth and finished it in a couple of minutes and grabbed my school bag. I slipped my shoes on and headed out of the door while shouting goodbye, not waiting for a reply. I got into the limo waiting for me and headed off to school.

It was now the end of the school day, and just as I was about to leave the classroom I hear Bakugo and his 'gang' tormenting the shy, quirkless boy in my class, Izuku Midoryia. I left the classroom and listened in to their conversation, when I hear Bakugo say "Why don't you take a swan dive off of the roof and pray you are born with a quirk in your next life." I was shocked that Bakugo had said something like this, I knew that he was a mean person, but I didn't think he would ever take it that far. I had been best friends with Bakugo since we were four, along with my two other best friends, Kyoka Jiro and Mina Ashido. I stepped back into the classroom and dragged Bakugo by his collar, taking him outside of the building. "Why would you say something like that, just because he's quirkless doesn't mean he deserves to be bullied!" I was practically shouting at him while he just stood there with a small smirk on his lips. "Whatever, damn Deku deserves it anyway" Before I could say anything else, Bakugo was already walking away. "Katsuki! Wait!" I shouted out to Bakugo, but he just ignored my calls and disappeared around the corner, his little 'gang' sprinting after him. *Whatever, I'll just go home, I have to train for the UA entrance exam anyway* (words in italic and between stars are your thoughts or sounds)

It had been 6 months since the last day of middle school, and I had been training like crazy, even though I know that I'm getting in by recommendations so I just have to do the written exam. I've mostly been helping my friends train, which is what I'm doing right now. I'm training with Jiro today, as we have permission to use our quirks. We repeat our training over and over again for the next four months, until it's finally the entrance exam. I bid goodbye to my three best friends and head towards the hall with my twin sister, Momo Yaoyorozu for the written exams. The exams took a few hours, and I'm hoping I did well. I had been focusing on training more than studying, but hopefully I'll get in.

It had been a few weeks since the entrance exam, and I was hanging out with Momo, Kyoka, Mina and Katsuki at our mansion. "When do you think we'll get the results of the entrance exam?" Mina says enthusiastically. "Probably soon, the school year is starting in a month after all" Almost as soon as Kyoka said that, mother came into the room holding up 5 letters, each one addressed to us. "Do you think-" Momo started. "Obviously we'll be in the same class, dumbass" Bakugo stated in his normal, annoyed tone. With that, we all opened our letters, and small discs fell out of each. One by one the disc emitted a hologram of All Might, telling us all that we had made it into class 1-A at UA high.
