Beth Ball is a curvy, hot and understanding actor from Scotland. Her life is going nowhere until she meets Tristan Jones, a stunning, short man with a passion for booze.
Beth takes an instant disliking to Tristan and the cowardly and greedy ways he learnt during his years in the hood.
However, when a mass murderer tries to tickle Beth, Tristan springs to the rescue. Beth begins to notices that Tristan is actually rather popular at heart.
But, the pressures of Tristan's job as a private detective leave him blind to Beth's affections and Beth takes up knitting to try an distract himself.
Finally, when snotty psychiatrist, Jessica Blackman, threatens to come between them, Tristan has to act fast. But will they ever find the magical love that they deserve?
