we just went back to wait when all of a sudden most of the whole school came barging in and started asking if she was okay like if they actually cared 🙄 but then i see mattia pull lilly away
LILLY'S POV
Mattia was pulling me away and asked if Elena was okay
M- so is she okay ?
i looked in his eyes and saw that he actually looked worried so i said
me - i think they just put her in for surgery
M- oh okay thank u ( then he left )
i went back to alyssa
ELENA POV
i saw a light then i heard this mans voice
god - hey my love
E- god?
god - yes love
E- what am i doing here
God - well love something bad really happen to you
E- oh okay can i ask you something god
God - ofc love
E- why is all this bad stuff happening to me ?
God - well love it is just ur life for right but i promise if you stay strong i will help you make it better you just have to be patient okay love
E - okay god thank you
God- your welcome love but now it time for you to go back its not your time yet love
E- oh okay god
God - just promise me to stay strong okay ?
E- i promise god
God - okay love go back now
i start walking away from the light but before i do i smile then all i see is black ....
Doctors POV
doc - okay we did it
then we hear the machine go bepppppppppppppppppppp so we rush and put her and oxagine mask on her but it didn't work then all of a sudden
she starts breathing again so they take her to a room while i go tell the girls their friend was okay when i got there was so much more people they looked like teens but i just went up to the girls and said
doc - Alyssa Lilly... Elena is okay
Alyssa / Lilly - oh thank god
then they hugged me i just smiled and then they let me go
LILLY POV
once the doc left i hugged alyssa cry and she was crying too but they were happy tears then all of a sudden these two people came in and said
??? - WHERE IS OUR DAUGHTER
??? - ELENA
me and alyssa look at each other and walk up to them and tell them
Alyssa - um hey ur daughter is fine she just got of surgery
Me - yea she has to be in a room now we haven't asked
??? - umm who may you two be
Me - we are your daughters friends
Alyssa - yea and you guys must be her parents \
E/m / E/d - yes thats us
Me - if you want you guys can go ask for the room number
they just shock there heads and left and talk to the people at the desk once they got the number they came up to us and said
E/m - her room number is 236 if you guys want to go see her
all we said was yea thank you and they left to see her ......
ELENA POV
i woke up and i was in a room it looked like a hospital room then i saw i had an iv in my arm then i heard a knock on the door
me - come in ?
then i saw my mom and dad walk in i got scared but then they came and hugged me it was nice then my mom and dad looked at me and my dad spoke first and said
E/d - im so so sorry i did that bad stuff to you elena
E/m - yea me too i so sorry i called you those names
me - * i was shocked but then * can i ask you a question tho
them - ofc '
Me - why did you do it
my parents look at each other and say nothing then i heard another knock an
Me- come in
then lilly and alyssa come in they rush to me and hug me and start cry which makes me cry but they were happy tears then my mom said
E/m - we will tell you everything at home love
i just nod and they leave then the doc comes in and say
doc - okay elena your gone be here for 2 days then we will see how your doing and if ur okay you will be okay to leave if not you will stay another 2 days okay
Me - okay thxs doc
alyssa - we will stay with you
lilly - yea
Me - aww thxs girls good thing its a friday 😅
they laugh and say yea
few hours later
Me - so i was thinking if i get out sunday we could go shopping for me to reinvent myself like new clothes and a new look
A/L - OMG yes
Alyssa - not as a bad thing tho cause you be pretty rn
lilly - yea we just want you to be happy
Me - awe thxs girls and i know i just think its time for a new look

Me - yea
Lilly - okay then it settled sunday maybe we go shopping

it was night and everyone was asleep lilly and alyssa on the couch and u in the bed ........
