It was a normal night in Shadyside but actually quiet almost too quiet. Francesca was doing the dishes when her girlfriend Ashleigh walks up behind her brandishing a knife looking soulless Francesca turns around

Ashleigh moves forward eventually stabbing her only before decapitating her girlfriend
Kate's POV
I walk to my locker like usual first day bullshit. most people avoided me but they all liked me. not that i should care. got that attitude from my mom i guess. well mom #1. I shut the locker when a person in a Michael Myers Mask tried to scare me. so i did the natural thing and punched them.
Abagail:oww
Kate:jesus fucking christ Abagail you scared me half to death

Just then a girl and guy walk into her they look new
Kate:whos that
Abagail:I don't know. their cute though.
The girl locks eyes with Kate before Kate looks away. her stare was piercing. Kate was almost intimidated by her.
Alice's POV
I love my girlfriend.i truly do but I don't think my father is as protective of me as she is.
Cindy:look im just saying maybe picking a fight with someone 3x your size and a male isn't the best idea
Alice:oh please i had him terrified.plus if he hits me its sexist and homophobic.

Alice nods in agreement before the two meet in a kiss which is rudely interrupted by a slushie.yeas you read that right full on glee slushie from School QB Peter Jr.(cause of course that egomaniac named his child after himself) i was about to full on launch myself at him when Cynthia squeezed my hand I couldn't for her. our friends approach Kate,Abagail,and Simon.
Simon:hey you proved your point get going
Peter jr.:whatever
Kate:you guys okay?
Cindy nodded
Alice:i mean i was gonna kill him but someone just had to stop me
Cindy:hes not worth it
Alice:maybe not it would've felt good in the moment
Abagail:don't worry he'll get his if not by you by someone else
Simon:yeah you guys need to dry off
Simon hands us towels i guess he grabbed while we were talking very considerate guy
Cindy:so what about you kate?how have you been I haven't heard from you since jul-
Abagail is frantically telling my girlfriend to cut it out

Kate looks off to the side to see the two kids from earlier

Peter Jr. POV
I got back from practice and hanging with the guys to find my home unusually quiet i yelled for my parents to no avail and then as i turned to the kitchen this beautiful woman stood there I thought i would charm her cause i just have that effect on people (no you don't peter) she was soulless unfazed it was then I realized the knife she was branding i ran through the house to escape i ran towards my parents room their was a window in their room I could jump out of but i was not prepared for the horror of both my parents brutalized and cut up i let out a scream and Ashleigh takes the knife and puts it through his skull literally through it and then left not reacting a bit
