Let Me In || Taegyu

- TEN -

" Okay guys, today's PE class is a free lesson, play whatever you want!" The teacher says, followed by cheers and excited sounds from the students.
The students immediately form groups and play their little games with their friends.

" bulletshit..." Taehyun says, quietly. He takes a seat at the bench, with legs crossed. He hates free lessons, everyone will form groups while him, can only stay alone, being awkward. He takes out the earphones from his pocket and listens to music.

" should we invite him...?" Huening Kai asks his bubby softly. Sunghoon immediately shakes his head, " hell no!" Jay, besides him adds, " don't, he is rude and full of himself! it will be nice to play ourselves" Kai can only look at Taehyun, who is zoning out sympathetically.

Taehyun is thinking, actually. He is still mad at Beomgyu. How can he lie to him like that? If he doesn't like him, he shouldn't have asked him out?

He is in his own world, while a basketball is getting closer to him with an unbelievable speed. Next thing he knows, is the ball hits him and he falls on the ground. He groans and he feels blood coming out from his mouth. There's a slience, until somebody rushes to him. " Oh my god...you okay?" Taehyun feels nothing but dizzy, he looks up with his half-closed eye lids.
Huening Kai...he sees.

Huening Kai is panicking, nearly crying. He accidentally throws the ball at the poor young boy and now...he is injured. Waves of guilty hit him like a trian. Taehyun closes his eyes after a small whine of pain. Kai immediately picks the boy up, and rushes to the medical room as fast as he can.

Pain, Taehyun feels pain in his face. The ball hits so hard on his jawline. Taehyun's senses are coming back to him as he is slowly waking.
There is something in his hands, it is a person's hand, that it is shaking. He slowly opens his eyes  and peeks. That's Kai, sobbing softly next to him.  Taehyun looks at him with a blank face, unsure what to say. " ah stop crying..." he says, softly.
The younger notices and looks back at him with teary eyes, " t-taehyun?you awake?" Taehyun nods, eyeing the boy. Then, a series of footsteps rush into the room. Yeonjun and Soobin, are running into the room with a worried face. " poor boy, that must hurt so much..." Soobin says, looking down. " no worries taehyun ah, Beomgyu is coming" Taehyun widens his eyes, " no, tell him to fuck off" he says, turning away.
Kai and the boys look at eachother confusedly.
" HYUN!" Taehyun rolls his eyes. Beomgyu, runs into the room, with a look that can kill.

" oh dear ... Which bastard hit you?" He asks, angrily. And Kai looks away, while Taehyun turns away with crossed arms. Beomgyu gulps and signs the rest to leave. " um...i am sorry hyun ah, I didn't mean to lie to you at all..."
Beomgyu says, looking at the younger. " is that your girlfriend?" Taehyun asks, calmly without looking at him. " Of course not! She is...my sister" Taehyun widens his eyes in surprise, " seriously, Beomgyu, make a better reason"

Beomgyu sighes, " Soobin was indeed sick but Yeonjun said he would take care of him. So I thought you already went home so I went into the cafe, and my sister works there so we chatted. That's all!" Taehyun fullows his eyebrows, it sounds fake and real at the same time.  " fine, I choose to believe now" Taehyun doesn't, but he lies.

" then, Taehyun ssi"
" hmm?"

" Wanna hang out? Today?"
