Dear dream,

I'm so sorry it had to end like this and I know you will be very sad that you couldn't say goodbye, but I am in a happier place now and yes I did remember a small bit of our relationship I also remember sapnap I will miss him too.

i miss you so much and regret not believing you first, and I want you to know that I love you. I have loved you for a while but didn't have the guts to tell you, and here I am writing my final letter and only now telling you.

I will get you some roses before I leave and I will leave them at the end of my hospital bed,     I know you love roses, any way this is my final ten minutes so I'm going to go but just know that I will always love no matter what dream.

dream ran to Georges old room, it was clean now and an empty bed lay where George had been, he grabbed the roses from the end of the bed, as he was walking out of the room he noticed a small folded piece of paper on the floor, dream picked it up and opened it, it read
"If anything happens, i love you" dreams eyes widened,  it was the note he gave to the doctor... Dream stood silent in the middle of the room in disbelief. He stumbled out the hospital and drove home. When he got there he planted the roses outside immediately and he sat on the grass next to them for hours on end crying, wandering if George ever got to read the note, but he knew that it wouldn't bring him back, he went for a long walk and picked some more dandelions along the way to plant next to the rose.

He never saw George again but the flowers never stopped blossoming...
