Chapter 19, Moon?

Let's get into the story.

~Adrien/Chat's Head~ 

"Chat Noir come out now!" 

I froze, did Hawkmoth somehow find out that I'm here? That's impossible I only transformed two times, then again I could have been seen while seeking out Marinette. Dang it! Without Ladybug here, how was I supposed to  purify the Akuma? Also how is the damage going to be fixed. My train of thought was interrupted by Marinette slapping me in the face. I looked at her dumbfounded. Did she just... slap me? 

"Oh sorry Chat. You weren't responding to me, I hope that didn't hurt..." She smiled sheepishly. That was so cute~ Adrien what are you thinking? Marinette is only a friend. A very good friend... 

"Chat! You need to go fight the Akumatised victim!" Marinette once again interrupted my thoughts. "I'll text Alya to post on the ladyblog that a Akuma is in Minnesota." 

God she was smart. Why didn't think of that? I simply nodded then leaped out of the window, propelling myself with my staff. The Akuma had a black bandage with small white eyes. His clothes where purple and baggy, it had small trinkets here and there. A green neon bracelet was the only thing that did match. The Akuma wielded a giant spy glass, it seemed to show random pictures on its surface. 

This was going to be fun... 

~Marinette/Moon's Head~ 

Good Chat just left, I quickly sent the text to Alya. A precaution to make sure Chat didn't find anything suspicious. Tikki came flying out of my purse, with a worried look on her face. "How did Hawkmoth find out Chat was here?" Tikki asked. 

"I don't know Tikki. But that doesn't matter right now, what does matter is taking care of that Akuma. Tikki! SPOTS ON!" The magic surrounded my body, pink flashed just for a second but it illuminated the room. Making it look warm and cozy, but that feeling soon went away. 

Ugh why and Akuma of all times?! 

Moon you really need to stay out of my head. I need to focus on the Akuma. With that I used my yo-yo to swing out of the window Chat exited earlier. I leapt onto a near by buildings roof. Chat was dodging every attack the villain seemed to throw, but unlike most Akuma's this particular Akuma was also dodging every attack Chat launched. The spy glass the Akuma held was showing Chat's attacks in advanced! If I can some how get that away from him, we could easily beat him. 

"I am the SEEKER and nothing can hide from my view! Your attacks are pointless puss, I know what your going to do. Before you even decide to do it! I can predict all living creatures!" Ladybug watched helplessly as Chat suddenly was hit in the head by Seeker's giant spy glass. Seeker than raised his hand and rope appeared out of no where. 

I lunged hoping to catch Seeker off guard but it was no use. He easily dodged my failed attempt at a attack. He smirked as he grabbed my arm to throw me into the wall. I landed then my vision became blurry. Seeker turned to Chat and quickly tied him up, he then reached for his ring. I was... hopeless. 

Accept me. 

Time froze, it was as if everything was moving in slow motion. My mind was racing as I tried to come up with a plan. I always came to a blank, Seeker was able to predict everyone's moves. How was I suppose to bear him? 

Accept me. Seeker said he can control all living creatures. You believe your still alive. You aren't accepting completely that you dead. Your refusing me. 

No. I won't... I can't... 

Marinette, do it or else you'll find out Chat's identity. You will also probably lose this fight, and everything you fought for will be gone. 

I-I... how do I know this will work? 

Trust me. Accept me, and we can finally become one. 

I-, Seeker was almost to Chat's ring. I accept you Moon. I accept your me! Suddenly energy filled my limbs. My once blurry vision was clear. I jumped up and ran to Seeker. My yo-yo instantly rapped around him. I wasn't even making any attempt to move my arms. It was as if they knew what to do. 

Seeker yelped in surprise as my string became tighter. I picked his spy glass and threw it on the ground. There was no Akuma. 

"M'lady... the bracelet..." Chat's weak voice echoed in my mind. I reached for the bracelet, Seeker was yelling out his villain rant and disbelief. I didn't pay much attention, I grabbed the bracelet. Before I could break it though, my body jumped to the left as a cane came crashing down where I was just a few seconds earlier. 

I-it was Hawkmoth... He was here?! My fingers moved on there own, the Akuma came flying out of the broken bracelet. I called out my lucky charm, a small Paris key chain came down. I winced, I think I know what I have to do. Hawkmoth was gone, he must have left after realizing his plan failed. I captured the Akuma. The rest was a blur. 

Chat was thankfully healed. After being ordered by me he went back to Paris. I returned to my room without much thought. I ran out my room as soon as Tikki was fed, and went into the dining room. That's were my family was eating dinner. 

~Bonus~ 

"Mom, dad. I want to go back to Paris." Marinette stated coldly. 

William almost threw up. I smiled, our daughter finally was making a decision. The children started to yell out there objections. I raised my hand, then politely asked everyone to be quiet. "Marinette are you sure that's what you want?" 

Marinette nodded, then added. "I want to stay with my friends. My new family. My..." She paused. 

"I understand. If this is what you want you can stay there." I said sweetly. Willam turned to me, about to again object. I sent him a death glare which seemed to shut him up. "You have to visit though... about once every two months." 

"I will."

~Marinette's Head~ 

I returned to my room to start packing. I started to chuckle, "Now that I am so much stronger we can finally beat Hawkmoth. I gotta hand it to you Moon, you we're right. You must have helped out a tun." I waited for Moon's told you so remark. It never came. "Moon?"
