Gut Feeling - Chapter 1

Jihyo POV.

"Oh you're already awake Tzuyu-ah?" I questioned in between my yawns.

Tzuyu, who was freshly out of the shower chuckled, while making her own breakfast.

"Everyone already knows I wake up the earliest, unnie. Why are you surprised?"

"Haha, it's just that I can't get over the fact that our maknae is more responsible than most of us."

"Anyways, what are you making?"

The breathtakingly beautiful Taiwanese girl smiled and showed a box of cereal in her hands, while pointing at the milk and bowl in the table.

"Even if I'm a tad bit responsible and wakes up earlier than most doesn't mean I can cook unnie."

"I know you can't, but I have been hoping that more members somehow gain the abilities to do so." I jokingly added.

As I continued to have a conversation with Tzuyu, I heard doors creaking from the other girls room.

Ah. The troublesome people has awoken from their slumber.

"Yawn...Morning Tzuyu...Morning Jihyo unnie."

"Morning Chaeyoung."

"Everyone awake yet?" Chaeyoung, in a half asleep and half awake state, asked.

"Not yet." Tzuyu replied as she poured her milk and cereal in a bowl.

Soon, members woke up one by one, and our dorm became alive in a matter of minutes.

"Yah, let me go in the bathroom first!"

"No, I woke up earlier that you, and you know what they say, the early bird gets the worm!"

"Says who? And besides, I'm older than you!"

...

"What's for breakfast?"

"Dunno yet."

Want to have jokbal? I'm sorta craving it this morning."

"For God's sake Momo, that's too heavy of a food to eat early in the morning!"

"As long as it energizes and satisfies you, does it really matter?"

...

"What are you doing, Mina unnie?"

"..."

"Hello? Unnie? What are you looking at? Or are you just spacing out?"

"..."

Nayeon unnie was fighting with Jeongyeon unnie for bathroom usage, Momo unnie and Sana unnie were arguing on what to eat in the morning, Dahyun was pestering Mina, who was spacing out to God knows where, while Chaeyoung was looking through her phone with her earbuds plugged in.

Just another day at TWICE'S dorm.

As I silently watch over my members, I glanced over Tzuyu, who was eating her cereal silently, unbothered by the noises and ruckus. As I watched her eat her cereal, something bothered me. Tzuyu seemed uncomfortable about something. Something seems to be bothering her, that's for sure.

Even though she's the maknae of the group, Tzuyu always hides her feelings. She always acts too mature for her age. Sometimes I wish she would just let loose and cry for once. Yeah that's right, for all my years I knew Tzuyu, I've never seen her cry.

I rested over one of my hands at tzuyu's shoulder. "Tzuyu-ah, are you ok?" I asked, concerned for our maknae.

"Hm?" Tzuyu who seemed taken back, jolted slightly,

"Ah, ofcourse! I just had a nightmare last night." The Taiwanese girl smiled.

I softly patted her silky hair and gazed over her."Well, tell unnie when something's bothering you ok?"

Tzuyu nodded while stuffing a spoon of cereal and milk in her mouth.

Well glad that's taken care of. Now I have more worries to focus. I glanced at my members and a huge smile plastered my face.

"Let's get the day started."

𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜'𝗺 𝗮 𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘 (𝗧𝗪𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺), 𝘀𝗼 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗧𝗪𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?
