Belonged To Him

Part-4

Akshara was lying on her bed and was thinking about Naveen. She was thinking about his flattering words and dialogues which he used to tell her during their long calls and chats but for some reason she  was never able to believe them, though he always claimed they were right.But today for some reason she wanted to know whether he is doing it really or for fun. There were also times where he claimed that he loves her though she used to laugh it off but the thought may be it can be true was something that excited her. So, she decided that she is going to confront him to night and clear all her thoughts so that she can get some clarity regarding Naveen. But right now it was work time for her so she put her phone aside and logged in to her laptop and started working .After a long day of work she closed her laptop and went to eat dinner, helped her mom in kitchen work and then finally took her phone to start the most awaited conversation of her life!

Akshara started the conversation with Naveen and was talking to him randomly and both of them were sharing what they did the whole day. Akshara was waiting for the right time so that she can ask him about his real feelings, and she got that time when he started his flirty talk. The conversation went on. Finally, at the end of the conversation Akshara was in tears because the hopes and excitement all she expected was all just a fucking joke to Naveen. His words tore her apart! Yes, she didn't love him and she also didn't expect that Naveen had really loved her but she had always been a girl with sensitive heart and she didn't really think that a guy best friend take her so much for granted that he can easily joke about emotions. She didn't blame him for what he did and he said to her because he just thought that even she will take all his words for fun! That night she didn't get any peaceful sleep because all her insecurities popped up again.That one question that always haunted her was" will she ever be enough for some one?". She didn't know when she dozed off.

She woke up very late next day, thankfully it was Saturday so it was an off day for her. There was a little awkwardness between them for both, so she didn't text nor he did. She spent the day thinking about her insecurities and lazing in the bed.Later in the evening she told her mom she wants to go out and rome for which surprisingly her mom agreed. So, she went to a mall did lots of shopping and ate like crazy and came back home in the night. By the end of the day she was in good spirits and she also texted Naveen and had a nice conversation and told him that it was just a confirmation that she needed so it was fine and they will always remain great friends like they are. So, after a long settlement conversation finally she slept.

Few days passed everything was going good but suddenly her mom told her that her dad is looking matches for her and they are planning to get her married soon! That was a kind of shock her because she was mentally not ready for marriage yet because of her insecurities and all.But there was a small relief too because her mom also said that it will take them more than a year for all these processes to happen.

Let's see where her life goes!
