Hiram getting arrested was the worst thing that could happen to the Lodge family. Veronica took it the hardest not only because she was a daddy's girl and would do anything for him but also because it destroyed her social status, which Ronnie thought she deserved after everything she did to her.
If she was being honest Ronnie didn't even care that Hiram got arrested. From everything she knew he was the devil incarnate and he deserved everything that was soon to come. She felt like her father didn't really like her, he was distant, she never understood why he didn't like her that much, maybe something she did. On the other hand Hermione tried her best to give her daughter "everything Veronica got and possibly more" something her mother once promised her when she was younger.
After a while of watching her mother, the youngest Lodge soon realised that her father wasn't the only one hiding secrets from the family, Ronnie didn't know at the time what her secrets were or that those secrets would later on change her life, but what she did know was that her mother was a slightly better person than her father, she would never admit it to herself but her mother wasn't all she was cut out to be, but Hermione was the best role model she had, the only role model she had.
Ronnie didn't see the change in her life when everyone found out what happened to her father, she still went unnoticed so she couldn't care less if people wanted to talk about her idiot of a father, she never really felt a connection with her father maybe it's because of the secrects he's been hiding like what Lodge industries is actually about, well Ronnie knew the answer to all those questions.
Ronnie was good at solving mysteries, but her passion was basketball. It was the only thing that actually got her attention, so every Friday when her parents were out and Veronica was with Nick drinking, she go to the gym and basketball court. After lots of practice she got better and quicker.
