He was a storm,
not the kind you run from,
but the kind you chase.

"how does it taste?" Chan asked. They were currently in a convenience store, eating some ramen. "i-it's good" Chan smiled and nodded. They continued eating quietly. After maybe five minutes they finished so they threw out the trash and walked outside. "You wanna walk around the park?" "Ye-" Seungmin stopped mid answer. His eyes wide, while frantically taking out his phone. He was dead. For sure. It was already five am. His mother woke up at that same time to pray. If she entered into Seungmin's room she would see that he wasn't there. "You good?" "No." "Wh-" "I have to go" Chan got caught off by the other. He was about to ask him if everything was ok but the boy was already running away. He shrugged and got on his motorcycle.

Seungmin was running full speed. His eyes tearing up. How could you be so careless Seungmin! He was beating himself up. When his house was in view his heart sped up. He quickly but quietly jumped over the concrete fence and ran up to his room window. He climbed up and his heart dropped. His side lamp was on. He breathed in deeply, ready to get the biggest scolding he has ever received. With his head low he climbed inside his room "are you insane!?" Seungmin looked up shocked. It was Minho who was in his room. He was so relieved that his mom hadn't found out yet. "You should be grateful I can go out of my room now" he smiled and went to the younger. "so you can go out now?" and Minho nodded "she said that I've proven myself, the only bad thing is that I'm gonna have to go to church now. And I also can not, in under any circumstances, have my 'bestfriend' up in my room" he said, while rolling his eyes. Seungmin quietly laughed "wait you mean Felix" "mhm, she's kinda still strict" "ahhh, well church isn't bad, I actually like going" Minho laughed at him. "Believe me I know you do". They sat down and started talking about things they could now that Minho was 'free' like they say.

After one hour Leah came in the room. Both boys sat up and looked at her " oh good morning boys, just here to tell you that breakfast is ready" they nodded and she left. They got up and made their way downstairs to eat some breakfast. It was Minho's first time eating breakfast together with the rest of his family. He was somewhat nervous about it but it was just eating. As they sat down their mother was putting the plates down on the table. Mind you it was six in the morning. As she finished setting the table Taehyung and Jennie came in the room, both rubbing their eyes due to how early they had to wake up. School had been cancelled for today and it wasn't a Sunday morning, those days they usually have to wake up early, so why were they awake at this time today? They finally settled down and Leah began to talk "well, first of all, good morning my lovely family, secondly you might be wondering why you're awake so early, well as you can see Minho is finally here with us. We had some complications with him in the beginning but now that we took control over it and fixed it he is able to be with us" the two little kids nodded and took their spoons only to be stopped by their mother "we need to pray first, put down the utensils please" they did as they were told and held hands, the father closing the chain. "Minho, please pray for the Lord" he hesitantly nodded and started his prayers. It was simple and short. Nothing to much, which Leah didn't like but had to bite her tongue when her husband talked "thank you Minho, I can see how much love you have put in that prayer, good good" she faked a smile, again. Only this time Seungmin knew immediately. He was shocked at how he never noticed his mom being so sinful. He, all his life, thought his mother was this very well educated woman who loved God the way he did as well. But at this point for him it seemed as if his mother was just doing it for attention, which he didn't like very much. He looked up to her all his life to then find out about her true self. He felt disappointed, sad, mad but mostly confused. I love God but what if she has been teaching me wrongly? What if the things I did when young weren't bad? What if she said things to me to make me believe her but were just sweet white lies? If anything he should be angry that his mother has been lying to him. But the poor boy was sad, and most of all, confused. He didn't know how to feel or what to believe.

~\\\\\\\\\\\\~

It was about two in the morning. And Seungmin couldn't sleep. The day for him had been very fun. He had shown Minho around the neighborhood, and they even invited Felix, so that the two could be together without Leah being all up in their business. They walked around town and went shopping as well. Felix getting some girl clothes and Minho just admiring his outgoing self. Seungmin was technically third wheeling but he didn't really care, as long as his brother was happy he was fine with anything. They ate in a cute restaurant and got some sweets. It was a very eventful day for the three. But Seungmin just couldn't sleep. He felt like he was forgetting something. Something important. He sat up and turned on his lamp, looking for his book. Maybe reading would make me tired. Tomorrow he had school after all. He opened it up to the page he was left last, and started reading. He was currently reading a book he had seen in the library, it was called "for the better of the world" it didn't make sense but that's what made it interesting.

The boy went up to his best friend, looking at him in the eyes and taking his hand in his. Intertwining their fingers. They looked at each other, knowing what was going to happen. Jaspher gently took Mateo's cheek and leaned in. After being one breath away they finally closed the gap between them.

The kiss was so passionate, full of emotion. It was like they were pouring out everything in it. Them sealing their love for each other with it. All their life they thought that loving a boy was bad. They thought that it was something so bad, something everyone would hate them for. This world might not like this, but at this point they didn't care. They loved each other too much to do so.

Pulling apart for air, they let their foreheads touch. Breathing and panting. They smiled at each other, no words needed. If they knew what that kiss meant, why use words? They left the field, hand in hand, ready for the world. Ready to come out. Ready for what the people that didn't accept them had to say. They didn't care what they said, as long as they were interlocked together they were fine, more than happy to be specific. This was a start of something oh so beautiful. A new something. A change for the whole world. After all it was all for the better of the world.

The End

Seungmin was literally crying. He let the tears fall. He tried his best to cry quietly making sure his family couldn't hear him. He had realized something reading the book. Loving a boy wasn't something bad. Its love for fucks sake. You love whoever you want to. You be whatever you want to be. The people that think otherwise just didn't truly believe in love. If they don't like it why did they have to be so rude about it. All they wanted was to love, why did they receive so much hate. All they want is love. Seungmin put the book away, remembering he has to bring it back to the library. He went up to his bathroom and washed his face, after all he did cry a little too much. After clearing his face up, he dried it and went back to bed. Laying down and looking up to the ceiling. His eyes were getting heavier the more he looked up the boring white ceiling. Finally, closing his eyes off to dreamland.
