Dahlia - diary entry

Dear diary, well... its been a crazy day. We woke up at 2am to drive to the airport, everything packed the day before, ready for the flight at 6am. You know, its weird, we had everything prepared so well, but i still felt like i forgot so much. Anyways... I'm not too excited for this summer, six weeks in Cuba, sounds great but... well I don't cooperate with the heat very well, so I'm a hundred and ten percent sure that I will NOT be leaving the apartment. My dad got a temporary job doing some research for a biotech company, that's all i really know, and my moms a photographer, so she's using this experience to 'expand' her knowledge, she says.

It's been a long day, its almost midnight actually, been sat here doodling and writing, bit of a waste but its okay.
