After my cat nap, I decided to go meet up with Rachel before our classes tomorrow. We met at a Starbucks close to campus so I could walk. I got there before she did some ordered my drink, a caramel frappe and I waited for her to arrive. Suddenly, I heard a loud squeal behind me and turned around just in time for my best friend on the planet to tackle me into a hug.

"Let go. Can't breath," I said.

"Oh right. Sorry," she replied, "I'm just so excited we are finally here and away from our families."
Did I mention that Rachel has twin brothers who are now seniors and they drive her insane. They are both football jocks and are vying for scholarships for football. Their names are Chad and David.

"What classes are you taking this year?" I asked Rachel.

"I don't know. I still haven't decided on my major but I'm thinking about a degree in philosophy," she replied.

"Why philosophy? I tought you hated that in high school," I said.

"I think I might be able to help people who need help but don't want someone that is just there for the money," she said. I nod my head in agreement. When I found out my mom was pregnany again I got so made that my parents made me go to a shrink to "help me embrace my new sibling." Yeah right.

"What about you? What are you taking this year?" Rachel asked.

"I'm finishing my engineering degree this year and next year I will finish my interior design degree," I said.

"Wow. Now that makes mine seem lame," Rachel pouted.

"Not really. A lot of people are grtting engineering degrees nowadays," I stated.

"Well I guess so," she said.

We continue talking for an hour or so. We talked about everything from classes to boys. She tries to set me up with all of her boyfriend's friends. I continue to shoot her down because I'm waiting for that one guy that is my other half and I just haven't found him yet. I don't want date just for fun. I am extremely adament about waiting for marriage and wanting to share everything with them. His friends just arn't it for me. After finishing our drinks and talking I head back to my dorm to get ready for my classes tommorow. I notice that my roomate is not here, so a shrug it off and head to bed. Around three in the morning I hear a noise out in the hallway. My roomate comes in through the door obviously completely drunk. She heads over to the bathroom and I can already hear her puking her guts out. This is going to be a long night.
