I was on the floor shaking with fear.Okay, not literally, but I was still scared. I walked around trying not to touch anything, but at the same time look around for phone. I saw some light shinning on the ground in aisle 7 and I was in aisle in 9. Grinning like I had won a marathon, I began fast-walking towards it. Just as I was reaching towards my phone, I heard the door opening. Excitedly, I ran towards the door and forgot about my phone. I was going to be saved!
"Caisy! You came to save me!" I, literally, screamed.
"Shh. Guys did you hear that?" I heard a man's voice. One that I did not recognize.
"No shit. That girl screams so loud." Someother voice said.
"Yeah, she does--" He got cut off.
"Guys, someone is here. Find her. Go. " This time a different voice spoke. It was a deep voice.
As soon as I realized that these people were not going to save me, but instead kill me, I hid in a trash can as quietly as I could.
How am I going to call the Police? Am I even going to get out of here, alive? Are these guys dangerous?
A bunch of questions were running through my head as I sat in the trashcan. I heard footsteps coming toward the trashcan. Folding my hands, I started praying. Hoping that I would get out alive. The footsteps sounded like they were walking away. Ha. The person didn't even realize that I was sitting in the trashcan. I wonder how they missed my head sticking out. Oh yeah, it's dark. Two minutes later, the first voice I had heard said, "Okay guys, whoever it was is clearly gone. Let's get out of here." I waited about five minutes, before getting out of the trashcan. I hope they left the door open. I was running when I tripped over something.
"Stupid girls. Always fall for that hide-n-seek trick." My eyes widened, when I heard the same voice. My heart was beating really fast as I got up.
There were three guys. All of them were wearing masks, in which I could only see their eyes. Two of the guys' eyes were twinkling with amusment, while one guy was dead serious. Yeah, that's right I can tell by just looking at their eyes. Nah, I'm just kidding. I knew, because two of them were laughing. The other guy wasn't.
As I looked at one of the guys' eyes, I recognized him. How could he?
"Jace?" My voice cracked. What in the world is he doing here?
He immediately stopped laughing. "Shit. Amber?" My eyes widened. It was him. After all, he is probably the only guy who's eyes shine, even in the dark. "W-what are you doing here?"
"Shouldn't I be asking you and your two little musketeers that?"
"Jace, who the fuck is she?" This time it was the guy with the deep voice who spoke.
"Shit. Uh Derek this is Amber," he then paused,"My girlfriend."
"Girlfriend? Dude you're fucked." The other guy said. My eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
"Girlfriend! Jace, we had a deal." I could feel the anger rolling off of the big scary guy with the deep voice. His voice almost made me go weak in the knees. Almost.
As if on cue, we heard police sirens go off. "Fuck. Jace tie her up and throw her in the car."
"But-"
"Now."
"Yes." Jace grabbed my arms roughly.
" Jace! What the hell?" I struggled against him.
" Sorry babe. Derek ordered me too." That creepy dude's name is Derek? Why? It's such a nice name. He doesn't deserve a name like that. He deserves Bob or Joe. Snapping out of my thoughts, I started struggling against Jace again and this time I added screaming.
"Help! Help me! Please! Help!"
"Damn, Amy you scream loud."
"My name is Amber. Thank you very much. Only my FRIENDS call me Amy." He sighed.
"Look, I promise I'll explain everything, but for now just shut up or I'm going to have to duct tape you."
"Save me! These people are going to rape me! Help!"
"Shut her up already!" The guy named Derek, said. Jace sighed, yet once again. He reached into his pocket, while I continued screaming. Before I knew it, my mouth was covered eith duct tape and my hands were tied behind my back. But, I still struggled against Jace. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw Derek coming toward me, angrily.
