Jayda pov
This time Dre opened the door
"Damn you must work here now" he spoke lighting up his blunt
"Something like that" I said shrugging making my way inside
"Wait for real?" He asked
"Not really, but I do, if that makes sense" I spoke shrugging
"It don't, but come on Lemme show you where you're working at" he spoke
I followed him we went down a few stairs, I'm guessing we're going down to a basement
Once we got down there I seen a bunch of naked random girls which made me choke on my spit
"What's this?" I asked
"You say you work here, then this where the females work, y'all cook the shit, we sell the shit, simple" he responded
"Why are they naked though?" I asked really curious
"Because most of the females who make the shit gets hooked on it, then they start stealing shit, and we don't need that" he spoke
I nodded
"Well thank you for showing me this, but I think I'm in the wrong place, I don't suppose to be doing whatever this is" I spoke
"If you work here then yeah, this the only thing the females do" he said
"Well not me, O-dog said I was suppose to be helping out with setting Ant up" I spoke
His eyes got wide "how you know about that?" He asked in a whispering voice
"Because I'm suppose to help with it" I responded
"Hold up, stay here" he said
I did as said
After a few minutes he came back
"Come on, he want you to chill out till he gets here" he spoke
I nodded and followed him back upstairs to the front
We all sat down and he tried to pass me the blunt but I shook my head
He nodded in understanding "Jayda right?" He asked
I nodded
"You gotta boyfriend Jayda?" He asked biting his lip
"No, and I really don't want one" I responded softly
The lightskin dude started laughing "Damn you air balled before you even had a chance to shoot your shot" he boy spoke
Dre smacked his teeth "man shut up I still get more hoes then you" he spoke
"Big bruh you know that's cap" the lightskin responded laughing
"Man whatever, Jayda why you wanna work here?" Dre said turning his attention back to me
"For my brother, but I'm not going to be here for long, I'm doing this one thing then I'm out" I spoke
He started laughing
"Man you can't just get out, it's not that easy" he responded
"So I've heard, but O-dog already told me when I do this one thing I'm out" I spoke shrugging
He chuckled "you think if you do this us in the trap will be the only ones who know you? If you help set up Ant his people will find out, they will find out your whole background, then they'll be after you or someone you love, the shit don't stop, so if you're in this, then you're in it forever" he spoke
"Well not me, I got enough money saved up over time, when I'm done me and my brother getting far away from here, we're going to start over" I responded
"You know I told myself the same shit, I told myself I just needed in to get 30k for my daughter surgery then I'm out, that was 20 years ago, and I made that 30k in 3 months" he spoke
"You have a daughter?" I asked
"had a daughter" he corrected
"Oh, what happen?" I asked
He stared at me for a few seconds, I could tell by the look on his face that he was trying to debate rather to tell me or not
"This... doing what I do got my baby girl killed... that's why I'm telling you right now, if you be in this shit you gotta be strong, you gotta be prepared to be harm or for your love ones to be harmed" he spoke
I nodded, I didn't know that this was so serious, I mean I knew it was dangerous, but I didn't know innocent kids was getting killed over it
"Is that why you stayed in? Because your daughter was killed?" I asked
"Partly, and that's the reason I'm helping set up Ant, because he's the one who pulled the trigger, but I feel like even if she was still here I would still be doing this, because I like the money, I like the power of making people scared to fuck with me" he said shrugging
"That's what it's about, that's what this whole thing about, at first it's about money, but once you get a little taste, it becomes about the power more then the money" he said
"Nah he spitting real shit right now, this shit ain't no joke, it really do get people you love killed even if they know nothing that's going on, that's the worst part" the lightskin boy said
"Well it's a good thing ion have nobody, the only person I have is my brother" I responded
"You don't got no kids, no parents?" The lightskin boy asked
I shook my head "well I do have parents but we don't talk" I said
We sat there and talked for a couple of hours before O-dog came walking in
He nodded his head for me and Dre to follow him, so me and Dre did so
As we sat in his office a few seconds later my brother came in
His eyes caught mine and he looked confused
"Why are you here?" He asked
"To work" O-dog answered for me
"What? Man hell nah my sister ain't working here" Tate spoke
"Tate relax, you was just talking about how dangerous this nigga Ant is, and I put you in that position so instead I took that position" I said
"Man no, this man dangerous, I don't want you anywhere near that nigga Jayda, this job is dangerous you don't need to work here" he said
"Taylen I'm older than you, I'm 21 you're 16, you're my little brother not the other way around" I spoke
"Alright y'all enough, Tate she actually made sense on the shit she was saying. So she is working here whether you like it or not, so now if y'all are done being siblings we can get to planning" O-dog spoke
"So what you got so far?" I asked
"I need you to get real close to him, you got to make him trust you, and it might take some time cause like I said the nigga smart, but you can make him trust you" O-dog spoke
"Best way to get a nigga to trust you is you got to fuck him right, know how to cook, and act like you got your money and you don't need his, that's how you get the nigga to fall in love" Dre says
"Fuck him right? Y'all want me to sleep with the nigga?" I asked shocked
"If that's what it takes" O-dog responded
"I'm a virgin I'm not losing my virginity to someone just cause I want to set them up" I spoke
"Damn you a virgin?" Dre asked
"Not the point so chill big bruh, but she right" my brother spoke
"Then make him fall in love without fucking him, most niggas love females who make em wait" O-dog said
I sighed "I'll see what I can do"
