I know it's been forever but I been BUSY

Tim had gotten dressed rather quickly before walking down the stairs. He was dressed in simple slacks and a polo shirt tucked into the pants.

He spotted Damian standing by the door surprisingly... looking eager.

Though that was quickly shoved away and replaced with something cocky as Damian smirked at him, "see, much better than wearing pajamas," he taunted.

Tom rolled his eyes but it warmed his heart to know Damian seemed to be excited to hang out with him, "mhm, you were wearing a too big sweater- which I see you still are..." he teased.

Damian flushed but puffed out his chest, "whatever, where are we going?" He asked as they left the mansion.

"I haven't thought about that yet... want to just walk around? Maybe get some lunch?" Tim suggested.

"That sounds doable," Damian agreed and they started their trek.

Surprisingly, Tim found out a lot about Damian when he actually bothered to stop picking fights with the fourteen year old.

Like the fact that Damian was actually... very lonely.

He had Jon, Dick, and his animals, but really nothing else... no one took the time to understand him like they did.

Hell, Alfred only gets to talk to Damian a little bit at a time before he has to go about his business.

Tim bit the inside of his cheek, he felt awful. He was only a kid and he had felt like he had no one to turn to.

Not even his own father, Bruce, wanted to deal with him much.

Timothy Drake watched for the first time, seeing Damian Wayne act like a kid.

Damian had made them walk from store to store to window shop, to try all of the sample foods, to pointing out random things in Gotham and having Timothy give him an explanation.

"You... really haven't gotten to experience Gotham, have you?" Tim asked as they sat down at a cafe.

Damian shrugged, "I only really got to see it at night, during the day I'm too busy with my studies or taking care of my pets," he answered.

Tim hummed in thought as he bit into his pastry, "well... what if we come here every weekend? That way it won't get in the way of your studies," he offered.

Damian blinked and stared at Tim with bewilderment before looking down at his food and hiding a small shy smile, "that sounds... doable..."

The sun started to set so the two decided that it was time to go home.

"Wow, we were out for while," Tim commented as they walked down an empty street.

"Mhm, time flew... as they say," Damian agreed.

They didn't have much time to say anything else though, because all of a sudden there was a flash and the sound of Damian letting out a grunt and the stinging sensation in his neck.

Mother fucker they're being kidnapped.
