Lana sat sighing rocking the infant She had been given with tired eyes. "This is way too hard alone." She sighed taking a step out heading to one of the designated feeding rooms getting a glass of milk for the child dropping it when the child was grabbed from her hands the glass shattering into tiny shards she spun around raising her scaled fists ready for a fight.

what she was greeted with was energetic dark skinned dark fur deadly energetic hellhound Athena hugging the child Lana gently scooped him away sighing softly "hello Athena" She muttered holding the kid out of reach as the hellhound hopped trying to grab them back "they are so cute!" Athena yelled making the child chuckle.

"I wouldn't trust you to hold a glass let alone a child!" Lana said stepping away only to have Athena following her "oh come on what's the worst that could happen!?" She asked only being answered by a glare from Lana "ok I guess it could end badly... but it's not too likely!" She said pouting and Lana sighed walking over to the fridge opening it taking out an egg giving her it "keep this egg with you for the week and if you don't break it ill consider letting you hold them again" Lana told her and Athena nodded and the baby gave her a little wave and she waved back, dropping the egg. Lana sighed leaving the room "maybe I will have to do this alone..."
