Home for a long while?

Dixie pov

We came home because we yelled at Blak and Amelie for having sex too loud and because they were being salty but now I just feel like being home.  I don't know about Noah but I like it so much better here then in a shared dorm with them,  I have gotten over the whole I can't do whatever I want thing but now my thing is I am constantly walking on eggshells around our roommates and Noah and I can't be a normal married couple around them because they think it's "weird" which pissed me off they even said that.  Noah didn't say anything because he didn't want to start a fight but I yelled at them for that one,  I'm not going to be told how I can and can't be with him especially after I lost so many people for him.  I'm happy I am only getting my degree in 2 years though because there is no way I can survive more than this year.  I was still cuddled up on Noah just thinking and he was doing the same.  I felt bad but there is always tomorrow considering we came home for, hmm , well I really don't know how long but I brought my field hockey stuff and school stuff.  I might just take the 45 minute commute to campus if it means I will be happier.  "Babe how long are we staying here?"  "I have no clue, we are both miserable in the dorm and there is no way I wanna keep being weird around my wife for my roommates."  "I know I hate having to be like that around you unless we are in our room and even then its just not a good vibe there.  I just didn't want to say anything incase you liked it."   "Dixie, baby you never have to hide how you feel;  especially when it is about where we are living!  I don't care where we go as long as I have you"  sarcasm ish in 3...2....1 "I love you simp"  I went easy because that was really cute and full sarcasm right now will make him upset "I am not a simp, I am just a gentleman who happens to be obsessed with their wife and you cannot tell me you don't like when I spoil your ass 24/7 Mrs.Beck" "Mr.Beck that is not fair you know all my weaknesses when it comes to you"  "Mhm, it happens to be my job to know you"  "I'm going to shower then head do bed babe, sorry I just really tired but there is all day tomorrow and our whole lives to find time"  "Dix don't be sorry I'm sleepy too and I would rather just wait until we aren't tired.  Go enjoy your shower I will be back in a bit I'm going to the store"  "OK be safe I love you"   "Love you"  I went upstairs and started the shower I went to the clotheset and I grabbed a pair of  Nike pros, a sports bra and some of Noah's ankle Nike socks because I don't have any here.  I set them down by my sink so when Noah comes back he can get ready for bed.  I got in the shower and began my normal routine.  I heard Noah come in the house so I speed up a bit because I want cuddles.  He came in the bathroom and was brushing his teeth and doing skin care.  I turned off the shower and wrapped up in a towel, and went to my side of the vanity.  I brushed my teeth and re organized some make up I had left on the counter top.  "I want cuddles please hurry bub" He sounded super sleepy like laugh at everything tired.  I felt bad we had stayed up this late.  "I will just finish getting ready for bed and I will be right there baby" I finished getting ready; I decided to go down to the kitchen to see what he was doing because I heard him moving stuff around.  

Noah pov

I went to the kitchen and started putting away some of the things I got at the store and then a bag of what I wanted upstairs.  Dixie came down and she just laid her head on my back as I was finishing up, I was very sleepy and she was less tired but I could tell she wanted me to rest.  I grabbed my bad of sweets for my bedside table and Dixie grabbed my hand as we walked up to our room.   I laid down and put on Victorious because that's what we always watch to go to sleep.  I set the remote down and i signaled for Dixie to crawl into my arms and get comfy.  We got adjusted and cuddled until we both fell asleep.  

Next morning

I woke up to Dixie already up and cooking,  I smelled pancakes, bacon and eggs.  I went to the kitchen and saw all the amazing looking food.  I hugged her from behind as she was setting the bowl of eggs on the dinning table  "Bub what's the occasion?"  "My mom called and everyone is coming over for breakfast but I wanted to let you sleep in a little more"  "Thanks bubba, the food looks amazing but I'm gonna go get ready" "OK, I should get dressed too" We went up to the wardrobe and Dixie looked like she already had a plan, she said our dads were coming so we should dress up in some compacity because you never know with our families.  I went down and I let everyone in the house which felt so different when they all came in.  Not in a bad way but more like old times when me and Dix used to have sleepovers.  "Lemme go get Dix" I went up to our room and I saw her on the bed upset, "Hey hey what's wrong baby"  "I don't know j-just a random anxiety attack, I guess I haven't seen Griffin in a while and I'm nervous"  I had already beaten Griffin's ass for what he did to her while they were dating and she knew that but I can see why she is still a bit worried.  "It will be fine me and one of our moms can be on either side of you, and now that we are married we can be a coupley as we want so do what you need to baby"  "ok" She cleaned up her make up and we went downstairs.  We sat down with Griffin next to me, Dixie on my other side and Mama D on Dixies other side.  We sat down ate and caught up with everyone and I guess we were just waiting for then to start asking about how we are because we have been really busy with school and haven't been as close with our family.  

2 hours later

Everyone left and shockingly there was no awkward questions.  I cleaned everything up while Dix was catching up with Charli by the car.  Dixie and Char used to be really close until Charli got married and decided to only come home when 100% necessary; and things like this to our family's is mandatory.   Dixie came back in the house with a smile because she saw her sister but also a frown because she was leaving again.
