chapter 2

James's POV
I just got on to platform 9and3/4 with padfoot and my mum. Dad wasn't with us as he was doing a job for the order.
As I got on to the platform I instantly look for my new 'friend'. I spent most of my summer with her which was quite hard to do as my best friend Sirius now lives with me it was very hard to sneak away. As I was looking for her I see Remus and Peter walking towards us smiling. The four of us nearly saw each other every week but that didn't mean we aren't excited to see each other.
I turned to say good bye to my mum and gave her a big hug and a kiss on the cheek and I said "bye mum, I will see you at Christmas love you" " bye honey love you" she replied.
I then got on the train with the rest of the marauders, and we make our way to our compartment.
I am a little bit sad that I didn't see my 'friend' on the platform but I am sure I will see her on the train I have a surprise for her and my friends.
