I awake from my dark slumber at 7:00am and begin to sit up. I take in all the peaceful tranquility this apartment holds in the morning. God, I love it. I get up and put my phone on charge, I'll check it later. I make my way over to the bathroom and take a shower, it always wakes me up in the morning. As I apply shampoo to my long brunette locks, I wonder if this year is going to be different. Maybe I'll make friends? I doubt that but there's a possibility! Maybe I'll find a new hobby? HA! Who am I kidding, Jake would never allow it. Sometimes I wish Jake wouldn't be so clingy! I'd love to finally catch some me-time, just like this but longer. Anyway, I rinse the shampoo and leave in some conditioner at the ends of my hair for roughly about 3 minutes. I rinse again, hop out the shower, dry my body and pop some grey sweatpants & a white vest top on for now. I head back into my room and feel a cold breeze flow past my shoulder so I go to check if my window is open...it's not? Hm. Odd. I ignore the strange breeze and continue to get ready for my first day back at school. I dry my hair, apply a light amount of makeup on and I finally check my phone. It's 7:45am and I've missed two missed calls from my boyfriend. Ugh. I sigh and call him back.
Y/N: "Hey! Morning! Sorry I couldn't answer the phone, I was busy getting ready for school. What's up? Jake: "Y/n, what the fuck? It's 7:47am, how long does it take you to get ready? Uh anyways, do you need a ride to school or no?" Y/N: "Uh, I mean not that long but I- you know what? Never mind. Also yeah, sure. Pick me up in 10? Please?" Jake:"Yeah, sure, okay! I can't wait to see you, it's been forever! See you in 10!" Y/N: " I mean it's only been 1 week since I last saw you but okay. See you soon!"
As soon as the call ends i grab an old sweater I found in the back of my closet & grab some black ripped jeans.

After I get changed i head to the kitchen and grab a ice cold bottle of water from the fridge. I head over to my couch and throw myself onto it. I tie the laces on my vans and watch some cartoons while I wait for Jake to come and pick me up. I feel that cold breeze brush upon my skin again and start to get curious. "Where the fuck is it coming from?!" I say to myself. I check all over the apartment and not one window was open, what the fuck? Okay this is really starting to bother me.
BEEP BEEP! I groan and get up. "I'M COMING!" I yell to Jake in the car. BEEP BEEP! "I SAID I'M COMI-" I pause. As I stand there, I stare at the door. It was unlocked and slightly open...so that's where the breeze was coming from? Uh, scary but okay. I grab my keys & my bag and head out the door remembering to lock it. I double check to make sure it's locked and head down the stairs to enter my boyfriends car. "Hey babe, I've missed you! How are you? Has anything happened since the last time I saw you?" Jake greets me as he gives me a kiss on my cheek. "Heyy, I'm great but you do realise that it's only been a week since we last saw each other? But uh nope, nothing new."
