It was morning, she woke up to a hot searing pain across her left arm, it was excruciating that she screamed, which attracted her parents, they literally threw her door open and ran to their precious daughter
laburu shifted her sleeves up and saw the strange words scribbled all over her arm, hypnotizing swirls and images she didn't understand, but her mother did, her mother looked at her husband and said
"it is time we need to tell her"
you could see worry was scribbled all over his face, he shook his head in great denial, and so much pain where in his eyes, he wasn't ready to lose his daughter to a notorious god.
his wife held his face in her palms and said "we can no longer run from this.
This is her fate, her Destiny, if we try any further it will lead to doom, we will lose us, lose her, lose our family.
we need to tell her and prepare her for what is to come.
"mom, dad, tell me what?"
what are you not telling me? it's high time I knew.
"we tell you dear" her mother said "
"but you need to go back to sleep, this is an awakening, a sign, a preparation of what is to come, we need you to go back to bed and have a good rest cause tomorrow might be a long day"
"mom I want to know now"
"Laburu!" her dad butted in,
" tomorrow after breakfast we will tell you all you need to know, listen to your mother and go back to bed"
"but mom I'm scared" it will be fine my dear, just go to bed"
Jovi wondered what had happened, she stood at the door and watched from afar, she knew something was off but just didn't know what was.
Laburu could see the worry written all over her parents face, but she had to comply and wait, with a heavy heart she went back under the cover of her bed, and layed with her eyes wide open till the next morning
