Having morning sickness, I woke up and provided my blue man with a cup of tea. He was having a really nice day. Of course. He was gonna be a father really soon <3
Going to him, I asked
“What you like the most, about us being parents?” I asked with a smile and him, smacking me into a hug
“You know. How good is it. A soul growing inside another soul with the help of another”
“Sorry Darshan, I didn't got you, what you mean?” I asked in a questioning tone, not literally knowing what he meant
“I mean. Just look at the creation of nature. A soul, growing in you because of me and you as well. It's just. Lovable” he said while going in a deep thinking
“Hmm. I guess you need some tea right now, don't you?” I said diverting the topic and stood up to go to kitchen
As I was stepping ahead my way, he held me by wrist, making me sit on his laps
“I don't want a beauty like you to work so much, hun. I love you and I want you to take your proper care” he said and kissed my cheeks while putting a lock of my hairs behind my ear
All I could've done was to nod my head and smile at him

Time passed and passed by and it was the time for her delivery. And of his or her arrival. The panic-ness on Darshan's face was clearly visible. He rubbing his hands and again and again looking at the OT made him more and more tensed everytime. Seeing Dhvani in labor he was scared and somewhere not having a good vibe as he was unaware about the process. Praying to lord, he sat on the bench just to see that the doctors came out.
Standing by, he asked them
“What happened, sir?”
And to his question, the doctor proudly replied, “it's a boy” and the happiness on Darshan's face was visible
Not because it was a boy, but because the baby and mother was healthy and fine. The gender of the baby never mattered to him, as he is one amongst the open minded person of this society
Taking the permission, he entered the room and saw Dhvani faint due to anaesthesia, hence he quietly sat there. For 10-15 minutes after looking at the baby, he smiled widely saying “Welcome to the Raval family, my small Raval” and even some tears approached his eyes
Letting them come off, he took his baby in hands and was playing with him. After sometime Dhvani asked if she would get a chance to see him, Darshan blushed and made the new boy look at his mother
All Dhvani could do after seeing her baby boy was to cry by thinking about that feeling and how long they've came
No matter what, if he would've never stood by her side, it would've been really difficult for her to sink within the new scenarios
“Thank you so much for this, Dhvani” Darshan said as tears made their way off his eyes
“It's all just needless babe” Dhvani said and wiped his tears
