Palutena is just talking to the people, we're at the near of the end of the adventure and She's gonna miss them when the time comes. Anywho she showed them the Nintendo Squad in their HQ. Their discussing, they explored every part of the Light Realm, but don't know what to do. The Laptop was full of Messages and then someone came crashing through the door, very hurted badly, then an evil laughter appeared outside. A Giant Robot like Monster name Metal Face had Commanded his clan of Mechons to invade The Realm to find the Black one. Some Mechons come invade Luminous City and was at the HQ. The Nintendo Squad took them down, but more came, and the guy who crashed to the HQ is a Hom (A Human like person), He has Blonde Hair, a British Accent, he wears red and holds a Giant red sword called the Monado and his name is Shulk, and he destroyed the Mechons, but he was still in much pain, so they took him to the hospital. The Good News is Shulk is all better, but the Bad news is there's a bunch of Mechons running around the Realm. Samus Noticed Metal Face said something about the Black one, But what is the Black one? Shulk tells them, the Black one is the dangerous Thing in the Entire Realm, and if Metal Face finds it, Let's just it won't be pretty. Shulk knew what Metal Face was doing because his Monado can let him see the Future, so he tried to stop him, but he couldn't do it. Mario and others will stop him and find the black one before he does, but how will they find him? Shulk says they should take care of the Mechons first. Palutena gives the group the Invaded spots, they're in Console City, Eastern Town, Northwestern Town, Kongle Jungle, Outer Space, Frozen Mountains, Badlands, Floating Islands and Beachside Town. That's alot of places, but they gotta do it and before they go, Shulk becomes their next Support Character ( Shulk is a Enhanced Support, he gives the member a random stat boost, he won't be usable for 13 turns). Jibanyan, Luigi, Zelda, Peach, and Marth are beating some Mechons on Console City, then The Nintendo Squad and Shulk arrived to take them down and they got rid of them. Metal Face came by and tells them, he's on his way to find the Black one, and when he does, he'll used it to get rid of Them and he left. Nate ask what does the Black one look like, none of them knows, but they should focus on the rest of places that's invaded.
The Nintendo Squad and Shulk are in Eastern Town. Komasan, Komajiro, The Pichu Brothers and Captain Falcon are getting tired of fighting the Mechons, but luckily the Nintendo Squad are here to beat the Mechons up. Captain Falcon got rid of the last Mechon with a giant Falcon Punch. The Nintendo Squad and Shulk moves on to the next spot.
The Nintendo and Shulk are in Kongle Jungle. The Mechons are cutting the Trees down. Olimar send his Pikmin too attack, but his Pikmin got killed by one, but Luckily the Nintendo Squad are here to stop them and they stop them. Kammy came by and resurrect the trees, with the help of Olimar.
Northwestern Town is one of the spots Invaded. Ness and his buddy a yellow hair boy name Lucas took down some Mechons, but then a bigger one appeared and got the two hostage. The Nintendo and Shulk arrived just in time to stop it, and After that Ness and Lucas are free. Metal Face sees this and he's starting to get mad, but he's still searching for the black one.
The Frozen Mountains are next. They reach to the top to find The Ice Climbers fighting the Mechons, but the more they defeat, the more keeps coming. The Mama Penguin and her baby shows up and created an avalanche and that got the Mechons buried in snow.
The Nintendo Squad and Shulk took a Space Ship and Blasted off into Outer Space and spotted the Mechons attacking the Star Fox Ship. The space ship their in has weapons to shoot them down. They got rid of the Mechons. Star Fox thanks them for it and the Squad went back too earth.
The Nintendo Squad and Shulk are in the Floating Islands. The Mechons are ruining Viridi's flower garden. Nate step in to stop them (Nate has a little crush on Viridi so of course he'll do it). A little unfortunate, he's too scared to fight them on his own, and Then Viridi send her Piranha Plants to attack the Mechons. The others gave Nate the credit of him protecting her garden, Viridi says whatever, but thank you, that made Nate blushed a little, but there's no time for that, because they still got more places to be.
The Nintendo Squad and Shulk arrived at Badlands and they spotted Metal Face. He dugged a giant hole, which is a den for a giant Drapion. Metal Face blamed the Squad for the ruined den, and the Drapion attacked. They defeated the Drapion and he crawled back into his den, but while they were fighting, Metal Face escape somewhere else, but they'll deal with him later.
Beachside Town is in danger. Lucario, Greninja, Yoshi and Donkey Kong already took care of all the Mechons, so I guess no worries here. A little boy called the Villager was just playing in the sand, then Shulk had a vision of the Sand coming to life. Shulk quickly saved Villager in the nick of time, then the Sand with a shovel on top camed to life and it's called a Sandcastle Pokemon called Pallosand. The Nintendo Squad took down Pallosand, but he was just cranky because he couldn't get any good sleep. More Mechons appear on the seen, Pallosand has destroyed them in a minute and he apologized to the Squad for attacking them early and everyone's cool.
They have cleared all the Invaded spots, now all they need do to is find Metal Face, but where could he be? Palutena had located him and he's in Mountain Falls, That's nearly between Badlands and Pac-Maze. This is the final battle for them, so The Nintendo Squad and Shulk rushed over too the Mountain Falls.

Metal Face has founded the Black one which is Black, Prism like and it has big hands with sharp claws. The Nintendo Squad and Shulk have arrived just in time, but Metal Face says their too late because, he has already found it, and now he's going to used it to get rid of them, except he doesn't know how to used it, or how to wake it up. The Nintendo Squad aint gonna let him do that. They and Metal Face had a boss battle, and the Nintendo Squad wins. Metal Face was destroyed and the black one fell into the water. They went to look at the thing and wonder what are they going to do with it. Shulk is having another Vision of the Black one awaken and he couldn't do anything about it, except but tells them to watch out. The black one has awoken, he took a Menacing look at the Squad, then attacked them with lasers. They quickly dodge them and fell, then The Black one screamed "Light.. Light... LIGHT EVERYWHERE". The Black one flew very high in the sky, Surrounded himself in a giant Barrier and he was absorbing light from the sky, causing it to be dark and it ends with everyone in the Light Realm looking at the sky terrified.
