The reporter, Jennifer Sentilmir, stated, "With the growing number of terrorist attacks by terrorist group, Hoameru, caution is rising in various nations. Including the United States. With the Philadelphia Massacre that occured last month, Congress is debating what has to be done about Hoameru. President Carcamo is proposing for war to be declared on this terrorist group. However, various senators, including Senator Morrison, counter that declaring war may cause more violence. They also argue that stopping a terrorist organization may prove to be virtually impossible."
