Forgotten Falls- a Gravity Falls AU

Prologue

Mason and Mabel lived with there Great uncle Stan or Grunkle Stan. They were almost 5 years old. Mason wondered what was in the big woods, they were never aloud to go into the woods but today, he was going to change that.

"Mabel! Wake up!" He whispered shaking her awake.

"No," she said hugging her unicorn plushie tighter.

"Don't you want to go into the woods?" Asked Mason. It was probably 1 o' clock am, moonlight shined through the window onto the floor, illuminating the room.

"the woods?!" Said Mabel sitting up in bed.

"Ya, I'm gonna go explore, wanna come?" Asked Mason.

"Yes!" Whisper shouted Mabel jumping out of Bed. The two 4 year olds crept down the stairs and out the door. They entered the woods.

"wow," said Mason, his eyes wide with wonder at the forest.

"What's this?" Asks Mabel, looking at a strange glowing crystal on the ground. She was so busy inspecting it she didn't hear the noice coming from behind her. She picked up the crystal and held it up so she could see better. She noticed a triangle in the reflection. It had one eye, it was sneaking up behind Mason!

"Mason! Watch out!" She shouted turning around. But it was too late. The triangle had grabbed her twin's ankle and was dragging him. 

"Mabel!" He shouted, reaching for her, "Help!" Mabel ran after the triangle. She through her crystal at him, it went strait through him.

"Let go of my Brother!" She screeched, grabbing Mason's hands and pulling.

"Mabel, go get Grunkle Stan!" Shouted the boy, wriggling in the yellow triangle's grasp.

"Mason!" 

"Mabel!" Then the triangle disappeared taking Mason with him. Mabel stood there crying. She  turned around and ran as fast as she could, she needed to tell Grunkle Stan. He would fix this, he could fix this! Right?

"For Axolotl's sake stop wriggling Pinetree!" Shouted Bill as he teleported to his Fearamid in the nightmare realm. The small 4 year old let out a loud and long sob as Bill set him down on his bed.

"I want Mabel!" He cried.

"Is there an off switch?" Said Bill inspecting Mason. He found a birth mark of the Big Dipper on his forehead.

"Grunkle Stan!!!" Cried Mason.

"Nope none of that," said Bill touching his finger to the boy's head. Mason fell asleep instantly. Bill opened up Mason's memories. He  erased all of them and replaced them with Fake ones about growing up with Bill. That should work. Now Bill just needed to give Mason a new name, Dipper. He would still call him Pinetree though.

Stan was sleeping in his bed when he was woken up by Mabel shaking him, she was crying.

"Mabel? What's wrong?" Asked Stan opening one eye.

"Me *sniff* and Mason *sniff* we went into *sniff* the Forest *sniff* and, this *sniff* triangle appeared *sniff* he... *sniff* he toke Mason!" Sobbed Mabel. Stan was fully awake now.

"Why did you go into the woods?!" Asked Stan getting up.

"We wanted to explore," said Mabel quietly.

"Show me were it happened," said Stan.

Also Inconveniencing, The Hand That Rocks the Mabel, Little Dipper, and Gideon Rises fans are lucky as I wasn't originally going to make alternate versions of them.
