Chapter 2 - PROLONGED EYE CONTACT

Tommy found his classroom, and he let out a huge sigh of relief.

After he did, he puffed up his chest big, and took a step in.

He felt all eyes on him, and the teacher rolled her eyes, dismissing him to his seat and excusing him. ONLY because it was his first day, though.

If he did it two more times? He'd be dead meat.

His mind blurred as he tried listening to whatever the teacher was saying. He looked next to him, to try and pick up the vibes of who he'll be surrounded by five days of the week first thing in the morning.

For a few more months, that is.

As he examined the person next to him, something felt familiar about them.

Holy shit balls.

Of course it managed to be the half and half mask dude from earlier.

Who else could it have been to make poor, poor Tommy's life any harder?

They didn't seem to be listening though, they had headphones in, connected to..

AN IPOD IN THEIR POCKET?? WHO???? WHO LET THIS MAN USE AN IPOD AT SCHOOL...?@>?3.2?

Tommy took this as an opportunity to get to know at least someone in the class, whether it be a good relationship between them or not.

Or, who was he kidding, he was here to release 'the fumes of his epicness.'

He ripped out a piece of paper from a blue spiral college-ruled notebook on his desk. He took out a pen, and scribbled something on it as quickly as possible.

He threw it at the man next to him, and they flinched before staring at Tommy.

He knew the look, and understood they weren't pleased to see him either.

Good. He smiled with his brace-y teeth to himself, as he watched them read the note.

Their eyes widened and eyebrows scrunched together.

"Imagine having an IPod, lol.."

They softly repeated under their breath.

They looked back at Tommy.

They exchanged eye contact for a little too long, but Tommy never would back down from a staring contest.

Then, they threw the paper back at him, and it landed, yes.

In his eye.

At least that'd shut him up, right?
