After thinking, I remember Sally told me that Sweetie lost her parents, seeing them eaten by a whale and she is angry with the whale's caretaker Cap'n Turbot's Parents who are at Barkingburg now. Seeing us being friends with Cap'n Turbot, she is angry of us too. Actually, Sweetie is a kind pup with a kind heart. Please forgive me, Rocky.
Rocky is a bit shocked to hear Ryder changing.
Rocky: Ok then, Ryder, I will forgive you.
Ryder: I am really sorry. I won't do that again to anyone's ship.

Ryder: Promise. Wait, other than my own ship, I guess?

Ryder: OK, pups, I will need Chase's net to catch Sally as she is animal abusing. She should be sent into jail.
Chase: Jail? Ok, these paws uphold the laws!
Ryder: Marshall, take care of Sweetie. You too, Rocky, our dear Reetie friend.
Rocky: Green means rescue Sweetie!
Marshall: Ready for a ruff ruff rescue!
Ryder: Skye, make sure Sally won't runaway. Zuma, Rubble, fight with Sally with all the PAW Patrol.
Skye: Let's take to the sky!
Zuma: Let's dive in!
