Phantom Chica is another phantom animatronic in Five Nights at Freddys 3. She acts like phantom BB in the sense that she only appears in your office if (at random) a poster in cam 7 changes to a distorted version of her face. Once again like phantom BB she only appears in your office if you stare at the face of her for too long in the cams. Like other phantoms she does not kill you but just jumpscares you and disables the ventilation system. As the week goes on the frequency of which she appears increases. Occasionally when you start up night 4 phantom Chica will immediately jumpscare you. Like every other antagonist she only comes for you starting on night two.
