Dixie POV:
I was unpacking then I had heard my mother yell out "Dixie come down stairs now!" I had no idea why she wanted me to go down stairs but I went any ways. "Mother you asked for me?" "Yes Dixie I want you to go with Charli and Blake to the beach" I didn't even hesitate to say "hell no! Why do I have to go with Blake, I'm okay with going with Charli but Blake why?" My mother looked at me so disappointed then she said "Dixie he's your step brother" Blake didn't even let my mom finish then he said "it's okay Heidi. If Dixie doesn't wanna go that's fine" I could see they dirty look in Blake's face! I hated his stupid face and how he always got what he wanted! "Blake I love that you being so sweet but Dixie has to go with you guys I want you guys to get closer with each other" "are you kidding me Blake's annoying I don't wanna go with him!" I started throwing a fit like a big baby! To be honest I didn't care I didn't wanna go with Blake he was the worst step brother ever. Blake looked at me then said "okay then come on Dixie let's go." I was forced to go but I went any ways, I thought if the good parts of getting to go to the beach then I saw him, it was one of Blake's best friends he was so hot, I've had a crush on him since since the 3rd grade. I never told Blake about my crush on Noah because I knew he'd be upset. We all got out of car and then Noah said to me "hey dix! Seem like I haven't seen you in forever, I missed you"  then he hugged me, Blake looked at me so upset I had no clue why all I did was hug Noah, then I saw him give Noah the a dirty look like he did something wrong? I went to the bathroom to go change into my swim suit then I heard Blake and Noah having a conversation about me.

Noah and Blake's conversation.

Blake: dude what the hell?!
Noah: what are you talking about Blake?
Blake: you hugged my step sister and you said you missed her?!
Noah: so? All I said was I missed her and gave her a hug?
Blake: and since when are you allowed to call her dix I'm not even allowed too!
Noah: she said that I could Blake. I don't see what the big deal is here?

I didn't know what to say I mean why was Blake so mad all I did was hug Noah and since when does he care about him calling dix? I didn't understand why he was so upset. I went outside to Blake and Noah once I was changed and looked at both of them "is everything okay guys?" Blake looked at me upset and did "yeah everything's fine right Noah?" He gave Noah a look like he was going to hit him Noah looked so scared, Noah looked at me and said "uh yeah everything's fine dix, can I talk to you?" "Yeah of course Noah" I said, Blake looked even more upset then he looked at me and Noah and said "well you know it's getting late we should get in the water before it's time to go home" "okay just let me finish talking to Noah then we'll go into the water" I said "ugh fine do whatever you guys want" Blake said then walked away "Blake is a bit off dix is he okay?" Noah looked at me worried "he fine Noah, he just stubborn" I said "no not that I mean he's cares about you now?" Noah said "no he doesn't!" I said to Noah then started laughing  "what's so funny?" Noah said looking at me "you said Blake cared about me! Blake caring about me" I started laughing again, I don't why I found it so funny. "Look dix I know you and Blake don't have the best friendship but get to know him he can be really nice!" Noah said "why do you care Noah?" I said "well because if you start being nice to Blake then maybe he'll let me be more then friends with you?" Noah said. My heart dropped I felt like I was in a dream the boy that I've had a crush on for years liked me back! I quickly said "yeah of course!" I said blushing "do you like me back?" Noah said nervously. Then all of a sudden I see Blake nodding his head at me and coming closer and closer to me Noah! He came up to us and said "what the hell Noah? What's wrong with you! That's my step sister!!" "Blake relax!" I said, then Noah jumped in and said "Blake I'm sorry I've liked Dixie for a couple of years and I don't know I felt like I waited long enough." Years, the boy I liked has liked me for years?!
