You opened your eyes. Your vision was blurred because you were tearing up. You shot Sanzu and don't feel guilty.
I began to pass out. Then my head hit the wall. BONK.
Weeks later...
You were in the hospital and you heard the machines beeping. You saw Mikey's blonde hair. Then you saw Sanzu in a bed next to you. He lost his toes. You look back in front of you and see Mikey closing in for a kiss. The doctor walked in seeing you both kiss.
"Oh you're awake I'm Dr. Sauce." she said sadly. "I'm so sorry Y/N, but you were in a coma for 3 weeks."
You began to cry. Mikey told you about what he did while you were in a coma. He read you your favorite manga every night. He gave you a kiss on the forehead every night. You know Mikey loves you.
"Hey Y/N." Mikey kept tapping your shoulder rapidly. "Be my girlfriend!"
You gladly said yes. You gave Mikey a big hug.
