How to deal with rejection?
"What are you doing?" Minjeong glanced behind Misun's shoulder, eying her computer screen.
"Nothing. Uh, well, nothing?" Misun dropped her head down, lightly punching herself. "What am I doing?! This is insane. I am going insane!"
"How about you go out with us? To take your mind off of things." Jimin walked into her room. It has been two days since she last saw Haechan. She still felt heartbroken that he didn't even bother to check the USB she gave him. She already tried everything to clear her head, but even animal crossing couldn't comfort her.
"I can't. Everything reminds me of- him." Misun dramatically stod up from her chair, throwing herself face down on the soft mattress of her bed.
"You can't be stuck up on him like this. Go out, have fun, party, find someone else! That's the way to cope!" Ningning sighed, comforting the girl.
"The website clearly said stay home, eat ice cream and watch dramas. So I'm doing that. You guys can go out without me."
"We can stay with you if you want," Aeri exclaimed, still feeling bad for her roommate.
The last thing Misun wanted was for the girls to miss a night out because of her. The five girls loved to go out whenever the opportunity arises. Although Misun was always the one leading the party, crying on the couch sounds like a good situation for the night. She shook her head, pushing her already dressed-up friends towards the door.
"You go out! I'll stay here! Done deal!" she shut the door at their faces, jumping back on the sofa. She glanced at her phone, studying the group chat that has been quiet for the past two days. She did talk to others, just not Haechan. Her heart stopped at the sound of a new notification.
