CHAPTER 1: Betrayal Never Comes From Your Enemies

NOBODY'S POV (FLASH BACK) 

There in a cop car sat a green haired eyes dull cheeks filled with tear marks and finally he's body full of burns, scratches, and bruises "What Did I do to deserve this" the boy said "I thought we were friends I guess not, they didn't even let me explain before beating me up and calling the teachers" the boy called Izuku said "When the teachers came the beat me up as well, recovery girl didn't even heal me they just called the police and held me down using a pipe they grabbed".  "Once the police is there they explained what happened and the police was at least kind enough to help me up and sat me in the cop car, once I was inside All might said he was ashamed to call me he's successor and plucked one of my hair then continued 'I will be finding another successor one that does not harm others or rape them' those words were the final push for me tears began to fill my eyes as the police drove away" "Hey kid are you alright?" The cop said Izuku just stayed quite looking at the ground "*Sigh* Did you really do what they said?" Th cop asked "What's the point of me answering your question? If I say No you won't believe me" the cop sighed and said "Look the evidence they gave wasn't even enough a mere picture can't assume you are guilty, if they at least gave another proof then sure but one picture? Are you kidding me you could have been framed" Izuku still looked at the ground processing what the cop said then "Himiko Toga" "Hmm?" The cop said "Himiko Toga!" "Look kid I- wait you mean the girl with the transformation quirk?" The cop asked "Yes!" Izuku said "Hmm we will see but remember kid I am at your side a kid like you is what this god forsaken world needs" The cop said with a smile "Thank You! For believing in me!" "No problem kid we are almost there I suggest you take a nap you look tired" Okay and again thank you" Izuku said as he closes he's eyes.

TIMESKIP AT THE PRISON

NOBODY'S POV STILL :')

"Hey kid where here" the cop said as he woke Izuku up "Mhmm oh" "Come with me" another cop said

"Oh ok" Izuku said "Chief the kid is here" "Ok" the chief said 'You can sit here" the cop that brought Izuku there said "O-ok" "Ok I'll be straight forward did you really did this" the chief asked there were a moment of silence until "Why would you believe me when I said no?" the chief and cops around him were shocked at he's answer 'Their were no other evidence but this photo' The chief thought "Ok that's enough questioning for now bring him to one of our cells" "Yes sir come kid" the cop said "O-ok" Izuku said

Once they were at the cellar

"U-um may I ask what's your n-name sir?" Izuku asked the cop that took care of him "Jayce, Jayce Night" the cop said "O-oh mines is- never mind you probably know already" Izuku said embarrassed "Izuku Midorya right?" Jayce asked "Y-yes" Izuku said "Remember this ki- Izuku no matter how much pain you endure always keep moving forward because there is always light at the end of every tunnel" Jayce said as he closed the cell door Izuku sat there thinking about what the officer said to him 'He is right' Izuku thought  'But where will I go now mom is mom i-' (Authors note Dekus mom died when he entered UA the cause is she got caught in a robbery, the robbers shot her accidently) Izuku thought while starting to cry 'Mom what do I do now' then he remembered the lullaby he's mother used to sing to him:

After he sang the cops that where crying because they couldn't imagine what happened to he's mother

'At least I got something off my chest' Izuku thought Jayce stared at he's computer after listening to Izukus song he now knows what he went through he thought be there is still so much they don't know about him the files he searched trough gave little to no information about him the file only said he's Name, birthday, and Contact Number *Sigh* Jayce said 'What happened where is the rest of he's information it couldn't just disappeared' 'I could tell the chief is also stressing out because of this *Sigh*'

'What is going to happen now there isn't enough evidence to put him in jail and he's a minor too Jesus Christ help us, and there is another problem this kid has been in a lot of pain already and UA's betrayal drove him into he's final straw I just hope he won't become a villain he has a heart of a hero UA should be ashamed of what they did' Jayce said finally shutting down he's computer and looking at the cell Izuku is sleeping at 'You are a blessing to those who are around you' He said as he closed he's eyes finally letting sleep takeover him.
