Kondo POV
I fidgeted in my seat in the common area of the dorms, Iida and Momo are going to be telling us all the rules of the dorms before we could go into them or say who our partner was.
"Everybody gather round!" Iida yelled from where he was standing next to Momo
"All of us are already here" I grinned at him. "Oh right yes" he said, still a bit loud but softer than before.
"The dorm rules are as follows" Momo spoke up before a conversation could start, "1. 2 boys or 2 girls per room unless you have permission from Mr Aizawa, 2. You can't go into someone's dorm without permission unless you think the person in the dorm is in danger, 3. If you are too loud you will be swapped out as partners, 4. Bathrooms are on the floor level that we are on now and are separated between boys and girls and 5. Be respectful of the other person in your dorm, it's their room too."
There was silence that I wanted to fill but for once I didn't know what I should say. "All right any questions?" Iida spoke up again.
"Can we use quirks in our dorms?" Sero spoke first.
"Yes you can as long as there is no damage dealt to the dorms"
I zoned out of the questions and wandered into my thoughts i wonder if Nekoto will agree to be my dorm buddy? He seems cool, it's weird no one try's to talk to him a lot. Maybe he doesn't like talking? Maybe his quirk is dangerous! Wait I know what his quirk is, and it doesn't seem that bad.
"Alright everyone!" Iida's loud voice cut through his thoughts, "write down here who your partner will be and we will hand it into Mr Aizawa!" I stretched my legs as I stood up before running over to Nekoto
"Hey!" I smiled at him, "Do you wanna be my dorm buddy?" I spoke quickly incase he told me to go away again.
His ice blue eyes had me entranced,
"yeah why not, as long as you aren't too loud" he muttered
I grinned and threw my arm over his shoulder "cmon let's tell Iida and Momo before everyone gets the best rooms!"
