Evangeline was sitting on the bed in what once used to be hers and Regulus' room. Even though she had not lived in that house for a couple of years, that room alone felt more at home than anywhere she stayed after Regulus' death. Maybe it was the fact that the room contained bits and pieces of both her and her husband, or maybe the happy memories that happened in that room.
She sat on the bed, looking around the room. It was tidier, a sign that the Order of the Phoenix members did clean the house. The desk was tidied up, unlike how it would be when she and her husband would share that room. There was a pile of pictures on the desk, the pile which she presumed Sirius had told her about. She stood up and walked to the desk, taking the pictures and looking through them.
